The GateHouse is very proud to announce that we, The GateHouse, have been shortlisted for nomination for a National Transgender Award in the "Trans* Venue of the Year" category by Sparkle.

Sparkle operate a national transgender celebration, Manchester’s TDoR event and are responsible for the National Transgender Memorial in Sackville Garden. Sparkle also support trans rights and the positive representation of trans people in the UK and world-wide.

There is an online voting process for this award. You can go to the Sparkle website website and vote for us if you like :)

The National Transgender Award and Ball is on Thursday 24th March. You can also attend the award ceremony and dinner, details also on their website.

Sally of Sally Swings fame left us far too soon. Today we PARTY to celebrate Sally's life.

For friends near and far, for one and all, come join and enjoy as we salute Sally.

There will be tears of joy and tears of sadness however most of all there will be thoughts of Sally.

There will be a buffet laid on.
