Trans Stafford is a safe place for everyone on their transgender spectrum and their allies whether you are a cross dresser, questioning or someone who is planning on or has transitioned.
Trans Stafford is hosted in One Recovery Stafford a secure multi-level building where entry is via a buzzer system. Just press the border and one of the hosts will let you in.
Trans Stafford is many things it is:
First and foremost it is a social space for the trans community to relax, socialise, make connections and have fun.
It is also:
A space for advice and support. Many of our volunteers are qualified mentors and can also signpost you to support services that are available.
A discrete space where cross dressers can come in drab, get changed and express their feminine side in complete safety.
A space where you can obtain the services of qualified beauty and holistic therapists who can provide a whole range of services from eye brow shaping, massage, facials, make over and make-up lessons.
A space where you can play games like table tennis, tabletop football and computer games with like minded individuals.
A space where you have input over what we do next.
The only thing that the space is not is that it is not a singles bar and we ask admirers on the prowl to respect this.
