It was rather quiet at Velvet Rope this month, I think it may be down to covid numbers and an awkward month. Still a very friendly and easy going atmosphere from the staff and guests. I've been coming along to AJ's parties for nearly ten years now and always had a great time, the staff always try their best given the conditions. There are precious few events like this around the South and it would be a shame to lose this as we've lost Candygirls. Hopefully as covid numbers drop they'll be more people at the next party in February and the coming months. |

Was shocked to find only a handful of girls and admirers. Never thought it would be so quiet. Still the wonderful hosts made a great effort and I still managed a little fun. Hopefully it was a one off.

My second visit. Was good to see the improvements that the owners - two very nice people - have made upstairs. And a hot tub to come downstairs! But they do need to provide another bed. Could be in what is currently the dark room. I had fun with two of my favourite T-girls, especially the insatiable one - you know who you are. And then we went to Touch Sauna (in the next street) for an "after party'. |

We are ever grateful for these events. I love being there. Comparisons are odious of course but I am a little wistful at the passing of the AJ’s Melksham venue. This had the advantage of being all on one level. I miss the Melksham playrooms rather as well as the lounge area there. VR is long on apparatus but a bit short on surfaces on which to have sex (ie beds) imho. Casual seating is also bit thin at VR. At VR this week it was definitely quite chilly upstairs I thought. There was no risk of overheating. The fit out changes monthly though and there is definite progress. Nevertheless I for one am grateful for these events and my remarks are intended as constructive criticism only. Thank you. |
