18.06.2016 Today I started hormones, this is now the start of my true journey and I can't wait to feel the changes to my inner me x
2.06.2016 Visited GP and requested referral to NHS GIC - a really good session with the GP and the referral is underway, YAY x
27.05.2016 First counselling session - awaiting blood test baselines before hormones
20.05.2016 Initial assessment with private gender doctor
3.05.2016 Contacted private gender specialist to bridge the gap while waiting for the NHS GIC (up to 18 month wait)
29.04.2016 Started laser hair removal

I couldn't believe it was over a year since we last went out in Leeds, as always it was a great night and we won't be leaving it another 12 months before we go again.

As the years have gone by my wife has been my rock and has supported me being Rachel and now at that pivotal point in life of becoming full time Rachel as my children are now growing up and will hopefully understand.
I enjoy socialising as Rachel and regualry have shopping trip and nights out (restaurants, pubs, clubs and cinema)
I love shopping, shoes, painting nails, make-up and meeting new people, did I mention shopping?
The most important things in my life are my family and being happy, a fine balance as a transgender person.
