I have lived in Manchester for a little while now, still kinda a newbie but always happy to help out with ppl dressing for the first time xxxxx

Thanks to the people who voted me in the top babes list when I was there - You must have good taste! And thank you for all the pleasant comments, which are always fun to see, I don't think Ive yet had a compliment I didn't like! ;) Having said that, Im not as high scoring as I was before - diminishing beauty I guess - oh well!

On Friday, after an hour or two of self-polishing and sprucing, I arrived at my friends house after a tiny bit of my mum’s lasagne, on which I shan’t comment too much –No one in our family is a world-class cook - and then followed this with some of my friends rather tasty chicken kiev and various bits of veg.
We motorwayed over to Leeds in my car, and with a struggle to load and unload out of the way, got ready and hit the clubs in time for 10pm.
There were lots of people in the hotel bar, which we had accidentally walked in to with our cases, as if to reinforce any potential notions of ingénue-ness.
Getting ready took surprisingly little time, for once, though we were, of course, more motivated than usual. We were accompanied by someone from the bar and were allowed straight into the club of choice without delay, and without charge, which was refreshing. We had missed the free food that had apparently been available at some stage.
I met several people from the website and even facebook friends I’d never actually met in person but had been intending to for a matter of 3 or 4 months.
People were generally very friendly and the friend I attended with was quickly consumed with mutually returned attention for another one of our people.
We went to another club in the evening .Meeting a girl in the toilets who trod on eggshells was quite pleasant and fun, funnily enough, and she seemed very apologetic about frequent misplaced statements and descriptions. The dancing and drinking was merry, careless and uncoordinated, doddering as I did at an unprecedented height due to an ambitious, but ultimately reasonable and I would say photogenic footwear choice. Take away was provided in the form of chips, liberally doused in ketchup.
There was to be relatively little in the way of amorous action in the event, at least for yours truly, though everyone else seemed more than willing to interact in such ways and at one point there were some toilet doors being kicked open in a search for what can only be called an improvised encounter. My friend and her friend were in the hotel room so I busied myself in conversations in the bar with someone, mostly about the history of attendance of the LFF event, which generally reinforced notions of its pleasance.
A false breast was found in the lobby, about which I can’t say much now, though I seem to remember that this fuelled conversation for some considerable time. As did VW vans, which seemed widely owned, strangely, especially by members of our group given to surfing of a weekend, including the weekend in question itself (for those wiling to survive on little sleep).
Of memorable note was the fire alarm in the hotel at 5am, caused by a casual and causal drunkard plucked by whim of the universe from the dregs of the streets did cause some consternation and excitement in the shuffling of room-dwellers and drink-imbibers of the hotel.
The next day we hit the overpriced make-up department of a department store, spent barely available funds, got looked at a little and laughed at very subtly, but generally were left alone to enjoy coffees, yellow furniture and polka-dot clothing shopping, escalator riding, musical instrument purchasing (to get something that sounded like a monster and also slightly like the beginning of the universe as recorded at Jodrell Bank –long story) and also to play £2000 guitars in Leeds’ circular corn exchange, used mostly for the sale of jewellery, most of which was of superior quality to my own bank account, and was not consummate to my current station in life, but was impressive nonetheless.
I had a kiwi, strawberry and pineapple smoothie, which only I, of the now 3 of us, enjoyed. But that was fine. We had one or two photographs in the guitar shop which the former resident of cayman Islands, journalist and folk historian looked on with fair concern. No damage was done. He smoked as we left, and was visibly relieved when my friend stopped mashing remorselessly at the expensive guitar and unwieldy double base.
We drove back to the Manchester flat to accompany the simultaneous beginning of the sunset, wearing glasses, some of which were newly acquired, and avoiding sharp corners, due to our interesting packing policies. I got my borrowed trainers back and left my two friends to become more acquainted after playing some rock star III music of wildly varying quality. The dancing was unconsidered, but noticeable, possibly to the neighbours.
The fajitas were a new experience to our new friend, and the make up removal was slightly easier, given that it had been lightly applied for the daytime use, which was a great relief. With the chillis –of the red hot pepper variety – and Ludovico Einaudi, and some emotional statements, such as ‘you’re still (your girl name) to me even when you’re dressed ready to go home’ still resolutely in my mind, I left. Of course, it had been a delightful thirty hours :)

So thanks for viewing my profile! To begin with I'm one of those ppl who is annoying for not knowing as much of the obvious things as you, and for just general naivity in life lolx.
Im mostly based in manchester or London due to work commitments etc and I am kinda new to this whole thing, my few trips 'out' in public have been a moderate success so far in that I always seem to have a great time :) but Im still a total newbie and could do with a little advice on 1 or 2 things if anyone is willing and patient, though Id like to say things have changed quickly!
please dont be offended if I cant meet with you at the drop of a hat - I'm often flat broke or just lazy! enquiries always welcome however... :) and most of the reason im broke is cos of the girl in me spending more than the boy in me can earn.
I dislike the half-truths that come with the territory here and admire honesty, tho i admit myself im inclined to tell some little porkies as a result of my more adventurous activities, such as telling people im seeing a girl, but not mentioning that it's in the mirror...
For some perverse reason I'm into alternateive music thats mostly older then me, especially punk, grunge and reggae I have quite an eclectic taste for more than the usual stuff, but I like anything really. Most of the time when Im relaxing I can be found tucked up in bed with a dvd on because I love movies and I'm too lazy! These all seem to be boring, standard things to say but hey, it's true...
I like all kinds of sports and things and also a great deal of pretending. Doesnt everyone though lol? When trying to think of things I like, I enjoy business, bikes and bananas (especially the one on the velvet underground album)! I really like modern art and computer games. That's right, another computer game geek! especially if its an RP or fantasy or has zombies in there.
The photos are something im hoping to change soon, just to kinda be you know even more superficial!I still haven't increased my collection of size 6/6.5/7 heels... yet! lol! I guess you could say in appearance im a little bit sporty, size 6 to 8 mostly and usually weigh 9-10st. My eyes are bluey greeny and i kinda think oddly oversized lol.
