March 2023 Update:
Oh dear - my Spring/Summer hibernation has begun again and Samantha is consigned to the loft until Autumn - boo hoo! However, I have to say my latest season has been the best I have ever had, meeting some wonderful people along the way and also venturing out into the mainstream all on my lonesome. My confidence has grown so much lately, but it is a shame I left it so long. I also managed to make it into the Top Mature Babes chart this season, peaking out at Number 4!!!
I have met some lovely guys this time around. Starting with Peter in Fulham who graciously invited me to his lovely house and looked after me like the true gentleman he is; Rob, who took me out to dinner in Milton Keynes, holding my hand and giving me the confidence to stand tall in public - oh and he wouldn't let me pay for dinner and held all the doors open for me; and most of all to Tim, who has been my regular boyfriend in the East Midlands and has always shown up and taken the most brilliant pictures of me - thank you honey - you really are a sweetie to me and I will miss you through Summer.
This season I managed to go to a bar in London, take cab rides, go to a restaurant, go shopping in M&S in Milton Keynes and buy a dress, walk around town hand in hand with my boyfriend - all of it as Samantha.
My season ended on the highest of highs though. Two full days dressed as Samantha at Gaynor's Northern Getaway. This was a brilliant event organised by the very best of us (Karen - mwah xxx) and attended by a host of beautiful and friendly girls. Thank you so much to Philippa (my new bestie!) and Vanessa for taking so much time to talk to me and put me at ease and to all the other girls who made it such a brilliant event. I adored my time with you and can't wait to do it again. Next season I will be venturing out to BNO a couple of times as Samantha develops further into the public eye.

November 2022 update:
Last night I went out to Retro Bar in London. No big deal for a lot of girls I am sure, but this was the first time I have been out in the mainstream on my own. It was thrilling and scary at the same time, leaving my hotel en femme and walking around outside in front of real people trying to find a cab.
The taxi driver was one of those that just wanted to talk, so talking in my girliest voice as he treated me like I was just another woman in his cab was wonderful.
Of course, I had to walk through lots of people to get into Retro and then the regular girls who go took me under their wing and I had a lovely night chatting to them. A couple of them made a point of telling me that I pass really well and that was such a confidence boost for me. It might not be true (I let others decide) but it did wonders for me, and I must thank them for being so supportive and friendly. I needed that confidence when I left Retro as it took me over 20 minutes to find a cab to take me back to my hotel!!! Ordinarily I would have been scared beyond belief, but I just held my head up and walked around confidently and it was an absolute thrill. I was buzzing when I got back to the hotel.
I have left it late in my Samantha life to be going out in the mainstream, but each time is a little step more. As I said, a lot of girls on here who are out will wonder what the fuss is about. It was a big step and a big deal for me, and I am over the moon that I did it. Thanks again to the girls at Retro - you really did give me a boost!
The night after Retro, I went to meet the most wonderful man at his house in Fulham. He took some pictures of me, and these are my main pics now. They perfectly reflect my current look and the way I am comfortable in my own skin. Thank you, Peter for being such a lovely gentleman.

Well - after all this time on chix I thought it best to rewrite my profile to reflect where I am at these days.
My name is Samantha and I have been dressing since I was 5 or 6 years old. That said I have been at this game 50 years (that gives you an idea of where I am on the age scale then). At first it was just tights and nighties that got me hooked, but as I grew up I got into more and more female clothing and just wanted to look as realistic as I could. Every opportunity I got, I raided my Mum's clothes and the laundry hamper - sound familiar girls?
In my late 20's I discovered TV dressing services, and for the first time I wore full make-up, wig and heels along with my outfits and I just fell in love with it, and my own image, all over again. I would like to say thank you to all those women and tgirls who ran those dressing services at that time - you really were dream makers. We all take a slightly different journey, and a few years later, it seemed that pure dressing wasn't enough for me and I started down the path of wanting to do something a little more sexual when dressed. Initially only with other tgirls, and then I took the plunge and met my first man. He was awful! So was the second! Just as I was about to give up on men I met a lovely one who changed my mind and the rest is history. I have met some wonderful men in my time and the best have met me more than once.
Over the years I have grown in my look and my preferences and really only enjoy meeting men these days. I will meet the odd girl (we are all a bit odd anyway!) but only tops as there is room for only one bottom girly round here! I never do the tarty/slutty look. That doesn't mean I can't act the part in bed though! For the record, I am 6ft in my stockings, green come to bed eyes and a range of hairstyles from bob to shoulder length blonde, brunette and light red.
