Social club for the LGBT fraternity and friends open virtually nightly to pop in as and when.Fully Licensed premises (Club), for alcohol and entertainment.
This is a Private Club for events/functions only. There are two Discos, LGBT events each month being on the First and Third Friday of the month, Plus another on the Fith friday when occuring.
NEW: Karaoke every Thursday night
Club Membership £5 single, £7-50 couple per annum for Sunday to Thursday inclusive:
Sunday - Social Night with Fun and Games
Monday and Tuesday - Pool club include league matches.
Wednesday and Thursday Music and Karaoke on demand.
Other evenings now being added with varying themes including 'Clairvoyant and card readings' plus occasional Table Top Sales on Saturdays.

This is a monthly meeting for TV, TS and GG. It has been organised to replace the popular New Lodge event at Upminster, which was ended by the new management there in May. Admirers are welcome, but this is "NOT" a sex club, so don't expect to get your rocks off. It is held on the first Wednesday of each month. Entrance is £2. The room has a large dancing area and a fully licensed bar. A range of food is available to order at reasonable prices. There is an excellent disco, playing popular dance music from the 60s to the present day. This is a good event for those venturing out for the first time, as there is such a friendly atmosphere. Lively place with a very mixed crowd and all very friendly T-girls outnumbered by 10 to 1. Invited to a game of pool even though i am not a pool player, all drinks cheaper than the local.

Pretty quiet on the T girl front, at one point I was the only one there until a couple of girls turned up, one of which was a newby who I introduced. This is not knocking The Thurrock Venue, this is a call to all those who have deserted us to go elsewhere. COME ON GIRLS, SUPPORT THIS VENUE, IT'S GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY AND FRIENDLY. The venue is a great, friendly safe place for all, especially those who are venturing out for the first time. What the venue needs is everyones support and for those who have stopped attending, to come back.
