UPDATE 22/03/2018
My significant other and myself have now parted company permanently and no longer see each other
Some may notice my significant other profile link is no longer there. We are still a couple but due to her work she no longer lives with me. Her job has taken her to the other side of the country so were back to a long distance relationship which isn't ideal but we think our relationship is strong enough to survive.
I have been dressing on and off since I was in my teens. I have recently told my partner and she is in full support of my cross dressing. We recently went to the village in Manchester and we both enjoyed it. We met lovely people there and I now feel ready to venture outside the house as Denise.
My partner is helping me choose clothing and co-ordinating make up etc. At the moment I wear a brown wig that is mid length but I am not sure this is the best so I am also considering a makeover, as I am not happy with the image or the pictures I have taken ( i.e. the one originally shown on Tvchix} I am 5 ft 8 and 12 stone and although in my early 60 sixties feel Look ok when I see others on web sites.
We would both like to meet other couples who, like us, are looking for venues to meet and enjoy the company of other couples. We are not interested in just the sexual side of meets but venues for Denise to florish.
UPDATE 12/6/2013
I had my makeover last week and loved every minute. we got lots of tips for make up and I have a new hairstyle that suits me better.
afterwards we went into Manchester again and met friends we had made last time. they were gobsmacked at meeting Denise for the first time. they also confessed that they had been worried after viewing my first pictures lol. fortunately their worries were unnecessary!
since this we have been to LFF , I went in male mode and fully regretted it. the scene was buzzing and at the last minute we decided to stay over. Although not dressed everyone was friendly and we made new friends.
in future when I go out it will be as Denise, in fact we are now off for a girlie night in to practice makeup and try on all the new clothes I have recently brought with my new confidence..... pictures to follow soon

Thought it was about time to update.
Don't update very often as I hate reading a novel when looking at profiles.
Went to lff again and had a blast.
just to let people on here know who seemingly cant read I DO NOT MEET OR CHAT TO ADMIRERRS.Also if you don't have a pi on your profile I will ignore in chatrooms.Most phones now have cams and I cannot see why there is any reason not to put a pic ( not necessarily a face pic on here) although a face pic would be nice as I don't like talking to a blank page.I understand some people are in sensitive jobs and wouldn't like GCHQ to get hold of their interests but how anyone can recognise someone from their dress is beyond me.If you cant put a face pic on here then please have one available to send to my private email (on my profile)
