A friendly private venue for T girls, Transsexuals, male and female admirers and couples to relax, have a drink, mingle and be yourself in an 1800’s period cottage with extensive remodeling. Our aim is to try and ensure an even mix of both girls and admirers so numbers will be restricted to one group depending on who is attending.
Entry is £20 via paypal per person regardless of singles or couples. Space is limited to 20 guests, so please book early to avoid being disappointed.
Entrance porch leading to group bed area, with open real fire, and large screen TV and background music.
Kitchen/Buffet food area.
Downstairs shower room, with toilet and bidet.
Entrance to spa bath area via mood lite corridor, With padded bench seating.
4 person spa bath with mirrored walls and ceiling and mood lighting.
Rear dance floor area with seating, large TV and entertainment system and lighting with built in bar area.
Upstairs consists of 2 bedrooms, both with mirrored ceilings and mood lighting. Bedroom 1 has a netted four poster bed, Large screen TV. Bedroom 2 is a cozy room, with double bed and 32” screen.
There is also a second floor spare room for a guest wishing to stay the night for a small fee of £30.
Plenty of rural off road parking.
Buffet style food is available and drinks are free, but please feel free to bring you own drinks if desired, however drunk guests are frowned upon. This is our home as well as a venue, so please be respectful.
House rules are as follows:-
Smoking in downstairs area only
No glasses allowed upstairs
All guests to be treated respectfully
No splashing in the spa bath area
No playing in the bar area
Opening times
Party begins at 8pm till 2am.
