This is by far the best rock concert anywhere. Right volume, right mix, note perfect to the original, novel video and great inflatables plus a spectacular light show.

On top of this, these guys extend the songs subtly and stick with the original as well. It is like listening to the Pink Floyd CD's but with 3000 other fans. Bluntly though, it doesn't actually matter if you don't dig the music, you will still enjoy the show

As a pioneer dresser at this annual event, it was gratifying to have both organisational help and three friends there with me.

A night to remember and not to be missed next year.

Once again, no problems either in the hall, the ladies or the bar.

For the record, because the weather was a tad inclement I wore a blue lacy top, satin trousers and blue Ugg style boots with a large plastic mackintosh. We also came in on the bus.

I cannot emphasise how good this all feels. A truly magic experience heightened into hyperdrive by being dressed as well.

My first live Gary Numan gig and it was spectacular and gratifyingly full of songs without a break.

No sign of Gary's daughter onstage which was probably a good thing all round for Gary's family. Bit young I think to be in that environment.

As always just a tad too loud with voice sometimes not loud enough and the synthesiser almost always drowned by the rest of the band. One or two heterdyne feedback screeches which I think probably upset Gary as well but otherwise a great show.

A neat ending in the encore with using the words of Are Friends Electric as a brilliantly conceived exit strategy.

Fabulous and enjoyed in good company and another milestone fully dressed!

A truly fabulous day out fully dressed and with two friends plus one partner of one of the friends.

Camera in hand and a new experience travelling up the 'new' line towards Wareham stopping just at the new outer signal for Worgret Junction almost within sight of Wareham.

All the locos were immaculately turned out and the logistics of handling all the locos and trains must have taxed the line to the utmost and indeed the timetable was out of sync all day.

As for me I was in my element wearing a green top in line with the acres of SR green on show, camera primed and ready and meeting up with my friends to form a loose foursome for riding the rails and eating and drinking. Super relaxing and apart from snarled traffic on the Swanage bypass, a smooth and easy day.

I slep well that night.

Apart from the music which was good enough, this particular event was made by a visiting TV called Mandy. Mandy came in and sat alone so i took the trouble to go and say hello.

Mandy lives in deepest South Wales and is by her own words, the only trannie in the village.

she remarked that beinga TV in Flirt seemed very normal and she was hugely impressed with how relaxed we were.

I know she won't be able to read this but it fair made my evening that she came at all and I hope that she can emerge just a little more and we can see her again.

I love Flirt. Peter the co-owner, also spotted Mandy and took the trouble to get her settled when she first came in.

I was once again amongst many friends and it was a joy to be out and about with Victor and to see Helena and Fanny there was equally a bonus.

Difficult to rate as this was not a T Girl venue as such. we were visiting this hostelry to renew acquaintance of the landlord who was late of the Bakers Arms in Bournemouth, now closed.

we were expecting to have pizza but that was cancelled so the intrepid four of us did no more than decamp to the indian restaurant next door to enjoy some really good and sensibly priced indian food which was light years better than the old style 'curry with chips' establishments.

Obviously having three trans people and a male admirer in both the restaurant and the pub was a big draw for the locals and staff of both and we were treated with courtesy and respect. No security as such so no rating but we are big girls and capable of coping with this sort of situation. A fab night out but perhaps not for first timers.

This was a lovely night out. A trip to a reasonably quiet and historic country town to enjoy a few drinks with old friends. Lady Hay put the cunning plan together, for which, thanks. And thanks for the lift. The Plume of Feathers is a lovely pub, with very friendly customers who we enjoyed chatting to throughout the evening (as well as the publicans). Let's hope this happens again from time to time.
