Held in a gym (the bar area!). Clean and tidy. Location is just off A127 and easy to get to on the road network. There's a disco if you like dancing and plenty of space to just sit and chat if you'd rather. Bar prices are a little on the expensive side but good selections; you can also get food if you want too. |

I attended my first Transliving event at their new venue (Virgin Active) on Saturday and had a fantastic evening. It is a smart tidy, well-maintained venue and secure venue. There is a bar serving basic hot and cold food and selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. (The only real downside is the drinks are on the expensive side.) There is a large seating area and also a large dance floor and (a very good) disco. Transliving staff were very welcoming and introduced me to other people (it was my first time!); Virgin Active staff were also very friendly and welcoming. This is a wonderful social venue. Very friendly - everyone was very welcoming and happy to chat. I'm looking forward to the next one! |

Nice big car parking area. A lovely venue and easy to get to! Great atmosphere Scope for table's close to the dance floor. So nice to feel immersed in modern surroundings Great potential for the warmer months with the outside patio area. A sensible move! |
