Have helped a local Trans*Male in his 20s twice now. He needed a lift to a GIC in DC. He was getting blood results and his first Testosterone shot. He will self medicate, and go back in 4 weeks or so for blood tests. He was nervous as this is his start down the HRT line. We talked about many things. Our lives are similar but in reverse. And yes he does wear male clothes and underwear, even in the military. Would catch flak when underwear found in his gear. We had a chance to compare our sexual lives. He never had sex with a male, just as I had no sex with a female before. Nice to be able to talk with someone on our different perceptions and wants and needs of our Trans life. He and I laughed about someones use of the term "Diesel Dyke".
Had some arguments with some local TGs, when I explained the UK naming of the whole TG experience. Not so much on the Non TS types. We don't usually see CD/TV/T-girl in support groups. They don't need the same support. They still won't accept my usage of TS and your usage of Tranny. Guess some people won't modify their thinking. We talked about the ones that are non-binary or gender fluid. Both are confusing to us, guess we are too stuck in binary thinking.
Looks like summer is going, starting to pull my cool weather clothing options out. Have to get some nude/tan stockings and tights, can't go bare legged in winter. Haven't worn heels in months, so have to break them in again.

Explain my earlier life about transition and family.
It was 1975 so either 24/25, birthday in NOV. See my pic. Looks horrible now, but was trying it. Started HRT at that time. We had to self medicate, with scripts from Pyschs.
Not living at home for a year, so was able to experiment with dressing and stuff. Went with friends to some Lesbian bars, as they liked/tolerated us.
In my family my mother was the one in charge of kids. Father has Italian background and that was how it worked for him.
I got the courage to tell mother, was not a big surprise. Had to try and explain the whole Gender ID thing, and not some Gay fancy. Had no fancy for men at that time. We had a good mother/daughter talk.
After that the rest of the family just went along.
My family is very progressive with people. Mother/father have NO biases.
So yes they have always been supportive. All my aunts/uncles/cousins/all their kids/spouses have NO problem Younger ones don't know the pre me. Mainly we don't talk about personal stuff. Tried to discuss with my brother recently about the past. He said he didn't care one way or the other.
Brought my partner to family things. And they just accepted her as a part of the family like a spouse.
I am the sensitive/emotional one in the family now.

See there are more arguments around the use of term Tranny.
Most on here seem to like it as a general term, call me one if you must. I am a big girl and can take it.
In US most don't like it or the usage of TS. I argue here in US about my usage of TS for my background. They get very militant about it at times.
It bothers me from the people using TS or Tranny or SheMale or chicks with dicks. Never considered them as true TS. But that may change. Had an occasion to chat with one recently on a Lesbian/BI web site of all places. She IM chat with me while she was making fruit jams. She told me about her "modeling and lingerie partys". She was more than what I assumed, as someone in the sex trades to make money. As far as I know she had NO idea of my background.

- Have chatted with the TS/Tranny twice more. She told me about her photo shoots. Not all fun and games. It is definitely work. She said they keep it quite cold, so needs help getting the "Money Maker" up for action. She said she has no intention making any change to her "Money Maker", so as a lot of the same as most on here. I am learning so much, and empathy with her and many on here.

I still feel great today.
On my movie/doctors/groceries today. Playing my heavy metal, ManoWar, blasting from my car always gets me in overdrive, just punching through the gears. Stopped at a light, and younger guy asked if I was "Mustang Sally". Old song and I drive a Mustang. We talked about Mustangs till light changed. Feels good to have some guy make small talk.
Have thought about why I picked Admirer and not Friend for awhile. I do admire most all of the CD/TV/TG/T-Girl and all the TS on here. Most of you put so much effort into all this. I never had that kind of drive. I only did enough to transition and be mostly passable. All the people doing makeovers and photography to help all in their quests. Plus I hope I have made some friends here.

I think WE as a community may have hope for the future after my going through a lot in 40 years.
SAT 08/29/2015, went to a large extended family and friends Grad party for a grand niece. Most all know my background. The young woman at 18 and I at 64 bonded as 2 woman. She and I shared some fashions and talk. She loved my dress and showed hers that was similar. She is a Goth Light type. The young are our hope for the future.
I also had a chance to offer some hope to a 50 year woman. She has a nephew, who may be TG. The father is one of these rabid christian types, would rather see the person dead then accept. She was crying with me, and I tried to give her hope.

Finally got my first 1 vote. I need to change my ID. May try just GEORGETTE _ something, but that is taken by someone in NJ USA. Apparently MATURE is a big draw for some. I am not your mumsy or Auntie or play one. That does not turn me on or make me sexy. The other is PLUS, working on that. And being a cigar smoker can be a draw. There is someone out there for everyone.

Think I totally confused my sister with the pronoun dance. Friday met someone from my long ago past, 1975-1985. Now transition she was he then, dating a transition she, we knew from parties. She getting electrolysis from my partner also at time. Now transition she married to a different fully transitioned she, a reverend in a small independent church. Have to find better pronouns. How to differentiate two she's or he's, without naming names.

Reading profiles still.
At what age does one become MATURE. To me this is a euphemism meaning getting older. I realize some don't like to admit age, but saying mature to me doesn't help. I own my age, and proud to give it. People should own up to their age, at least in a range, 40s-50s-60s-70s.

Use of the terms RG or Real Girl, know what you want but find this insulting. I have been real physically since 1977, and have been mentally since as far back as I can remember. Just didn't know what it was called. So I guess that makes all Post - Fake Girls.
GG, unless you have had a chromosome test can't tell, and there are so many variations from that. As in Inter-sexed people.
In USA use the term cisGender, works for female/male.
A special woman said to me we are all REGULAR women. I thank her for that. That I can agree with.
Now people can want what they want. Unless your looking to have children.
2) Not so much a raw nerve, as interesting. The people taking that COGIATI test. I know, post MtF shouldn't take it. Never heard of it before. Got a 10, type 3 Androgyne. Story of my life, always in the middle.
Not really complaining, as I do fit that bill. It still does not give me any regrets, as a successful physical female for close to 40 years. I know my mental Gender. I am well satisfied by my early choices. I am great on math/science/spatial things. Not good on emotion/name/face/sounds/voices stuff.
But guess what, so does my mother with 4 boys. She admits she was a tomboy when young, not a girly girl. And she had all of us do house cleaning and things like that. And we all did the yard and outdoor stuff. Guess I take after her too much, no other female family member for guidance.
I didn't do a lot of girly play, but with 3 rough brothers, and almost all male kids around, did plenty of "boy" games. I did have to endure/survive my youth.

I always preferred dresses, but when gained over 100 lbs, saw no point in getting new wardrobe. Job was a pants/top type job. It is like starting over again in transition. Fashions have changed a bit in 30 years.
