Almost everything about The Wayout is just perfect. The staff are way friendly and pleasant. The bartenders and prices are very appropriate and below average. My only concern or suggestion is the DJ and the kind of music played. It's mostly monotonic and one genre which I believe techno/Electronic Dance tracks And I believe variety should be there....having a mixed of Pop, latino, disco, classic pop 90s, 2000s...Reggaeton, songs not just tracks besides of course other dance, or electro...etc that would be more entertaining and would encourage everyone to experience their taste of music. I would suggest perhaps a one hour or so of guests selection of songs to be played - it could be arranged beforehand. All my suggestions come because I liked the place and I am so into going back again everytime I am in the city. Thanks for reading my comments |

had a really good time. good mix of folks, old and new. the garden is great in weather like this and also the aircon on the dance floor is a lifesaver. can't wait for the next one :)

I arrived at the venue around 10.30pm where I was greetd by Vicky and a male colleague. I duly paid my £10 entrey fee and when I asked where I could change, was told by Vicky...er. erm. well there are NO changing facilities! Then she suggested that I might be able to change in the Ladies' toliet but not until 11.30pm. Her colleague suggested I change at the back of the pub and showed me a dark corner with tables. I declined and decided to leave and they reimbursed my entry fee. Unbelievable! How do they expect a girl to look her best WITHOUT changing facilities? What's more, Vicky seemed to think that this was entirely acceptable and even normal! Oh, well, I won't be going back there again. What a disappointment! It's supposed to be a top t girl event too.

What an amazing place, me and my wife love it there. Vicky it's such an amazing host. The venue is amazing with a fun safe vibe . Nothing seedy going on just great social and dancing. The Tower hill travel lodge is right next door so no problem if your worried about traveling about all dolled up. If youve never been then your missing out. Wish I could go every week. Roxy xxx |

Another great night at the WayOut. Always friendly, always fun. Quiet in comparison to some previous nights, undoubtedly the work of the weather, but still full of gorgeous people enjoying life. I love that I get to dance like there’s nobody watching. xxx

Yay! A rare night out for me and my first time here without my partner (she got sick but insisted I went.) The DJ seems to have upped his game as the music was actually passable with a good atmosphere on the dancefloor for most of the night. No problem being on my own as there's always someone to chat to. Yes there were a few hits but the single guys here seem to know that 'no' means 'no' and you have to give them credit for that. Overall, a good night, hopefully I'll be back soon with my partner in crime! |
