The hotel is a standard Ibis, value for money when the price is right but standards as reported in reviews can be variable so I suggest you check Tripadvisor reviews before booking to make sure it is the hotel for you.

You have to walk past reception to get in and out of the hotel, the staff are used to seeing trans/non-Binary and are chilled but along with the walk up what can be a busy Princess Street and that you will have to wait at the traffic lights to cross a busy Whitworth Street, this hotel might be challenging for inexperienced or nervous girls.

There is no parking at the hotel, there is the very adjacent Charles Street car park but it is locked at night so check the opening hours on the University of Manchester car parking web site.
