www.evolvetg.org After a successful Evolve in 2011 we are going to make volve 2012 event better..... planning has already started so watch this space and the website for regular updates. EVOLVE is a new beginning, a chance to change, a chance for people to express who they really are. EVOLVE is the start of one of the greatest international transgender events you will ever experience! EVOLVE. The annual Leeds Transgender Weekender takes place on the 3rd, 4th & 5th August 2012. This will be the second year of this event and is the exciting union of the Leeds LGBT Scene and the global Transgender Community. EVOLVE will provide a pulsating weekend of live entertainment in the coolest city in the north EVOLVE welcomes all people who are part of and empathetic to the Transgender community. This is a taster of how the Evolve will planned: Friday 3rd August 2012 Leeds First Friday (LFF) - The monthly multi-award winning and very popular T-girl event. Attended by T-girls, Partners, Admirers, Friends and family from all over the UK. There will be a theme so watch this space! Party in style Saturday 4th August 2012 Events to be confirmed The perfect Transgender Day Sunday 5th August 2012 Leeds Pride 2012 - The Finale to the weekend with a Transgender float joining the procession through Leeds City Center – and then the awesome street party that runs all though the afternoon and evening to the early hours. www.evolvetg.org |

No girls there and last orders at 11pm rather than 1am. Listing should be amended if there is a change of plan. DJ was good value and entertaining, while it lasted. At least I bumped in to a couple of friendly faces at queens court later. Otherwise sadly a wasted journey. Maybe just an unlucky night, which I suppose is the risk of mid week events.
