Another lovely social evening and good to see new faces as well as the regular attendees. Thank you Catie the owner for letting me share my calypso Christmas cake with the girls who wanted to try it. if you're new to the scene and fancy an evening with nice girls who are happy to chat about all things trans it's a wonderful place to start don't be shy come and join us at the next one in December. |

This is a wonderfully unique event, starting at the cafe for a drink and a fine menu of food available. The group have exclusive use of the cafe during the event, making it very relaxed. Then at 9pm it's off to the Lych Gate for something a little stronger. This was my 1st time back at TM since the start of lockdown and as usual I was warmly welcomed by all the friendly ladies. I highly recommend the Trans-Matters meetings to everyone, regardless of the stage you're at. There are changing facilities if you can't arrive in girly mode and the free on-street car parking right outside the cafe means you don't need to walk far if you're not very confident. |

Back for the first time in over 18 months and it's great to be back in Katie's Cakes despite the horrendous rain and traffic getting there. Such an open friendly relaxed group. And then transferring to the Lych Gate for those in need of more chat and stronger drink, a wide range of real ales and the locals as welcoming as ever. I may have spent nearly as long travelling as I did in Wolverhampton but still a night not to be missed.

Another lovely evening spent at Katie's cafe and the Lych Gate Tavern. Quite a few girls including some that have not ventured out for a while. Slightly surprised as so many there given that the weather was atrocious early on and Wolverhampton councils efforts to stop people getting to the café due to roadworks hopefully be cleared up by next time. Very relaxed atmosphere. good company and lovely cakes what more do people want lol. That theme carried on at the pub changing the cakes for pints. As said before a safe and friendly event for people to venture out for possibly first time out. |

Enjoyed another relaxing evening with good food and company at Katie's Cafe before a drink at the Lynchgate Tavern with some of the girls. Great to see a few more girls join us and venture out to the pub afterwards. An ideal place to start venturing out in public for those who are a little nervous or a good place to meet others and chat in a quiet friendly and safe atmosphere. Philippa xxx |

Trans matters in Wolverhampton, is a safe enjoyable place for like minded people to meet. you are made welcome and you wont be left on your own. The venue is wonderful and with a changing room available. Afterwards when the café has closed (it stays open for TM meets) we then go off to the lynch gate pub and carry on the night. We are very grateful to Norma, who runs TM and also Katie, who owns the café. Trans matters. the place to be |

Another good night spent with friendly girls in a safe and welcoming atmosphere. The cake and coffee are a nice bonus lol. The pub although quiet is always happy to see us to finish the evening off in there and always friendly. Be nice to see more girls go there after. Good to catch up with friends and to make new ones |

Always nice to meet at Katie's Cafe with other girls and catch up in a lovely safe environment with excellent food and coffee followed by a trip to the pub afterwards. No matter if it's your first time out or your hundredth there's always a warm friendly welcome. Philippa xxx |
