Welcome the official "GTF" Glasgow Third Friday
..................................... ...................................
Hey Ladies, Looking for a regular night out in Glasgow? GTF More than a fun acronym.
IF YOUR LONELY? - We can keep you company
IF YOUR THIRSTY ? - The bar sells drink
IF YOUR HUNGRY ? - The bar sells food
IF YOU WANT TO DANCE?- The bars have entertainment
IF YOUR HONRY ? - Err the bar sells Drink
This will be our 6th "Glasgow Third Friday" GTF The third Friday night of each month not clashing with any events like Leeds LFF or BNO or CJ's. We are averaging 12 girls per night but the word is getting out.
If we can stick to this monthly schedule . Personally I can't make everyone but the others girls will be there. I want these nights to be self-reliant and stand on there own.
Will post Events ahead of time for the next couple of month so you can plan, some girls like to book hotels. There been plenty of girls over the years tired to organise events but hopefully this will put Glasgow on the T-Girl map as a viable option.
Meeting in Speakeasy from 6pm to 9pm.
Been told if we get in early enough we can get 10% discount on food would suggest ordering it before 7pm it only does bar snacks. But the bar is quiet and we can get seats until about 7.30pm it does pick up and the entertainment starts about 9pm
Then after 9pm - Glasgow got loads of LGBTQ+ bars which are all Trans friendly :
Normally Speakeasy our starting off point with 4 places next to each other,
Speakeasy- great bar got a club upstairs open to 3am
Katie's - great busy bar, probably got karaoke out
Underground - Bear bar but everyone really friendly.
The Gallery bar - 2 minute walk got outside seating OK bar.
5 bars next to each other. It's a 5 minute walk or 10 minutes in heels away.
Butterfly - Newly opened an alright bar
Demoniac's - great bar, weekend very busy and loud.
The Riding rooms - the bar connected to Polo Lounge club
The Polo Lounge - The Club open till 4am.
AMX- Kinda crap
Bit out the way bars probably most unlikely we will get to them
Bonjour- like a old man pub feel, pub quiz's but got odd events at it.
Merchant Pride- ok gay bar
Waterloo- bit out the way but average gay bar
And CJ's does not have any events on that night.
…. ................................... ..............................
We have met some great friends due to these night and plus the regular girls who go out all the time but are welcoming to all the new girls. It's a good easy going safe place to meet up, get drinks, get food and see where you want to go next.
No makeovers yet, but we in thinking about trying to organise one. If you can totter out by your own steam you will have friends there waiting to support you. Any girls who would like to venture out for the first time I'd strongly suggest coming to these nights out. This is open to anyone girls, admires or partners.
We will keep you safe and entertained and you will meet friends for life and you will wonder why you didn't do it earlier. A good chat with like-minded easy going ladies enjoying being out and about. Even come in male mode to test venues and boost confidence to do it next time.
