Hi ladies, here is a list of forthcoming events. The meetings as always will be at Clyst St George Parish Hall starting at 7.30pm on the second Friday of each month
8th March Meeting
After the success of last month we will again be selling second hand clothes and shoes to raise funds for the group, so please bring along any clothing that you can contribute, knowing that it is helping a good cause. If anyone can help with a clothes rail, that would be great too.
12th April Meeting
We are very pleased to say that Luci of Taunton Wig and hair Clinic is coming this evening to talk about everything wigs, and will cover every aspect of choosing, buying and maintaining wigs. There will be time for Q & A, so feel free to bring along your wigs if your need any personal advice. Luci has many years experience and we are very lucky that she is willing to give us an evening of so much help and advice.
10th May Meeting We have a special guest this evening who has years of experience on make up and will share thei knowledge and skill to make this evening a 'must attend event'.
It will be another great evening, so put the date in your calendar. More details later.
An event we are looking to arrange is a portrait photographer evening. The event is open to anyone but the photographer has many years experience of taking trans women photographs. The cost will be £20 each to have your photos taken and we will need to prebook at least 12 photo sessions (approx. 15 mins each) to make sure all the costs are covered. If you are interested or require further information please private message me (deb_e_6666).
Finally, please remember that there will always be a quiet place for those who only wish to have chat over a cup or two of coffee with their friends. Our intention is to bring in events of interest to the community, to keep it alive, fresh and intact but just as important to keep its core value of a safe place to have a chat and giggle.
