An amazing venue great atmosphere and good entertainment , i had a fantastic night , with such a mix of people . The only down side is the Que for the bar but hey still worth going .

Sadly a disappointing night. A 30 minute queue outside to begin. The venue itself was way too crowded, the queues for the bars were ridiculous. Then when you had finally got a drink you had to try to skillfully squeeze past tightly packed, gyrating "revellers" without spilling too much. As the night wore on, this got harder and harder as the "revellers" got more drunk and gyrated more frantically. I thought Staurt Hall was going to appear at one point and say "The Belgians are playing their joker"! Such a pity because the ballroom itself is wonderful and there were some lovely people in attendance. I went with a friend who had not been before and despite the above she still enjoyed it. Unfortunately for me, this is how I remember MT from it's early days. It seems little has changed. Will I return? - not unless it becomes all ticket and numbers are seriously curbed.

Well, it was my first time at Magic Theatre and it was a fantastic night. My only gripe is the queing for the bars, they really need to sort that out and some food would be a good idea. The entertainment was brilliant. Everyone made such a big effort with their costumes, i spent 2 weeks getting mine together, lol. I will def be going again |

A truly unforgettable experience. The whole evening was simply all one could want for. Granted it was a little slow getting a drink but what does one expect when there is such a large crowd. Give me the huge crowd any time. The atmosphere was amazing and it is so great to see such a broad cross section of the community in attendance. The only thing on everyones mind seemed to be to have fun. Such events can only be of huge benefit to our transgendered community. Try stopping me attending the next event. Nicegurlnicki |

This is a "must do" simple as that. Amazing on all counts and very varied clientelle. if only it didn't take an hour to get to the bar it would be perfect

This was my first time there and cant wait to go again i would recommend that everyone should try this venue if they can........

total debacle...rammed had to q for 45 mins to get a drink and q for 30 mins to get in..victim of own success...but...didnt really enjoy altho some fab looks and outfits..

Great Venue but waaaaaaaaaayyyyyyyyy too packed. Fabulous people in Fabulous Oufits. Crap bar arrangements ,an HOUR to gerra drink??? Make the next Major event there(eg halloween /new years eve etc) a Ticket only event with limited numbers . Danni x |

Very nice event. 60's and 70's type music by band which included trumpet, sax and double base. Everybody there thoroughly enjoying themselves. Wonderful ballroom and nice atmosphere.

A really nice crowd, a great band, and good value drinks. Good to have an after party as well. |
