This was a very great and positive experience to build up to a good visit to BNO, a comfortable stay at The Camp, and return home on Saturday morning - for a number of reasons: it was much quicker than if had done my own make-up, it was clearly better than if I had done my own make-up, plus everybody (Michelle, family, and the other makeover customers) were very friendly and welcoming. It also came with wonderful 'customer care' - which ensured all of us arrived at PP safely, covering each of our varied needs (mine- nice cuppa of coffee for sore throat, and leave my carrier bag (spare tights, etc) in the cloakroom. I will strenuously try to go again 😀 at my next opportunity which will be December - when I feel confidently I will be able to give 5-stars for venue (because the path to the front door will be completed), and 5-stars on Value for Money (because I will turn up on time☺). |

Michelle is a very friendly and professional makeover artist, definitely will come back! She made me feel very welcome as soon as I arrived and she very kindly explained the makeover process and which colours should be best for me according with my outfit. I was very happy as soon as I saw myself in the mirror, made me feel pretty and confident. |

5 star makeover from Mitchelle. She welcomes you in like an old friend and immediately puts you at ease. After a quick cuppa its straight on with the makeover which is just awesome. You are truly transformed from an ugly duckling into a beautiful swan. She is very talented and has great vision to see what is possible. She works tirelessly to ensure everyone gets great results. Her honest opinion is priceless and means everyone leaves looking great. Its also a great place to meet other girls as they wait for their makeovers which means you can go onto PP's with some new friends to hang out with. I thoroughly recommend this to anyone going to the BNO x |

I had the absolute pleasure of attending Michelle's pre BNO party/makeover last night. Whenever I visit a new environment, I'm always a little bit shy/quiet, but first meet nerves were soon put to rest by her warm welcome and initial chat, as I was first to arrive. It soon became apparent to me that makeup/makeovers isn't just a job to her, but a passion, as her enthusiasm for making you look your best comes over the whole time she is working with you. I was only expecting a face makeover, but she looked at my hair and said "let me sort that for you" which she did to my absolute delight. By this time some other girls had started arriving, and we had a good pre going out chat/banter together, which was a good start to the evening, given that I was attending the event on my own, I had already met a few girls before I went, which would be good for anyone attending for the first time. As always Michelle does a excellent makeover and a very friendly person and for what she charges it is very fair price for what she does if you went to someone else you would pay double she is a very warm friendly person I used Michelle for a long time now and would not use anyone else if I'm going out

I always use Michelle I know her for sometime she is a very friendly welcoming lovely person who doesn't over charge for her make overs like a lot do Michelle price for a makeover is £35 and your come out looking like a million dollars I have become good friends with this lovely caring woman she more of a sister to me now

Miss Frocks Michelle is a very friendly person who will put you at ease and a very skilled makeup artist I have used Michelle every time I go to pink punters she make you look a million dollars and will always give you honest advice as what makeup will suit you your leave looking feminine and not like a drag queen I would recommend her to any girls that want to look fabulous for there night out

I recommend Michelle's makeovers to everyone. She is so friendly, really good at what she does and also has lots of really useful hints and tips. I keep going back, that in itself must be a great reference!

I really can't speak highly enough of Michelle and her makeovers. I have now visited her twice and both times she did a fantastic job. But what she offers is so much more than 'just' a makeover. She is a lovely, friendly person and offers some great hints and tips. Others attending all get on well and are friendly and really supportive of each other. If you are looking for a makeover pre-BNO along with friendly chat, this is definitely for you. But please, don't make it so popular that I can't get a booking!

I really can't recommend Michelle enough. This was my first makeover and she made me really welcome. The makeover was fantastic and she is a lovely, welcoming friendly person too. The other girls there all made me feel very welcome too. I highly recommend Michelle's makeovers for anyone but would add that for a first timer it is a friendly, no pressure, safe place and you'll leave feeling a million dollars. I will definitely be back. |
