I was excited to be going to this months LFF having been working abroad since January and I wasn't disappointed. I booked a twin room at The Cosmo last month (they were booked up solid)for myself and my gg friend who has been a big support. Unfortunately she could make it, however I spotted a message on the TVChix forum and got to help a damsel in distress who also been let down and shared the room. I left my roomie to get ready (she took forever!!!) and headed down to the bar on my own... The staff are so good, I guess they're used to it by now but it means a lot to be accepted and feel so welcome. I talked eyeliner tricks and tips with the bartender before wandering over a table and asked if i could join a couple of the girls. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming... I can't say it enough A few more drinks and a photo session or two later, the group I was with headed over to Viaduct fro a few more. It wasn't as busy as my only other LFF but the atmosphere was just as good with the added bonus of getting served a bit quicker. Next stop was Smokestack... Up more flights of steps to the top floor. My first time there and I loved it. Classic soul music rather than modern dance music and a very mixed crowd who were there for the grooves and the great atmosphere. I was so glad I ditched the stilettos for my block heeled patent lace up boots because I hit the dancefloor and that never never happens. A big shout out to my roomie Katie50 and the wonderful Ni-Jella, thanks for sharing your story and listening to mine. Stepped out at my first LFF, albeit only briefly Seems everyone was having a good time, and for a first timer like me, it was great to be out in the real world, but in the company of so many tgirls Will try to do it again xxx |

It was my first time, went with another girl who has been a few times. We met other girls at the cosmo , it was a quiet night she said. We moved on to Fibre that was quiet but got busier. Nice bars , enjoyed my first time there ,would definately go again.

My second LFF and love every minute stayed at the Cosmo hotel this time and will defo stay here again. Great atmosphere in the hotel bar then headed out to Queen court & Viaduct Show bar both venues really friendly. Met some really nice girls too Love it!! Can't wait to go back for my third visit. we have been to leeds several times its a wonderfull place to go to hotel brill staff brill breaky brill !!!!!!! atmosphere is great and very safe place to be and if you chat and make friends to the right girls even better theres some really nice people at LFF cant wait toi go back again ???? jacki xx |

My first time venturing north to LFF. The friends I'd arranged to meet at the hotel had to cancel at the last minute but it didn't matter because there were friendly girls everywhere. Walked across to the Cosmo bar for Happy Hour with Stephany who I met in the lift ... then drinking, chatting, ate in Viva (thanks Stephanie and Michelle for organising), and just wandering from one bar to another catching up with old friends and making new ones. Ten hours later I was still dancing in the New Penny. As soon as I get another chance I'll be back :-)

My first time at LFF, I was surprised at how busy it was! I was taken round various locations by my escort for the night, but had to leave by 11ish due to other commitments. I'm sure there would have been a lot of fun going on that night! Sadly that may also have been my last visit, see my updated profile. xx |
