There was a good cabaret act and good tunes from Shirley as usual. Had a lovely time, looking forward to next month already. |

Great girl night out. Lots of dancing, cabaret, buffet, bar, what more could a girl want! Very friendly people and a very diverse mix of people. Really enjoyed myself. Stayed at the hotel and staff very friendly as well, good value stay. Will come again!

I was a ‘first timer’ to this particular event although I knew a fair few of the other attendees from events elsewhere. It was very convenient as I happened to be staying at the hotel. The venue within the hotel was mildly challenging to find as The Victory Suite isn’t as well signposted as the others. The evening was very good indeed, with an excellent buffet. For me, however, the ‘live entertainment’ was a complete let down - a vulgar, course Drag Queen is not my idea of entertainment. If the entertainer had not sung such smutty interpretations of songs that would have been better. Along with several others, we moved to the bar seating area until that ‘set’ was complete. Overall, yes I will be planning to attend again and I can recommend the evening. |

Reasonable turnout. Three birthdays, so plenty of cake going round. Good caberet as usual. Great buffet, lots of choice of foods. Excellent music from Shirley. Looking forward to the next one I can make it to in January |

Had a lovely time chatting with the girls. Nice buffet laid on again. Excellent caberet acts. Great Raffle, won a prize. Look forward to next month. Hopefully another good turnout. |

Wow, what a great start for a new event. Good selection of tunes from the dj Shampagne Shirley. Only costs £5 to get in, but was welcomed to a glass of bucks fizz, and a large buffet, for meat lovers or vegetarians. Excellent turn out, with girls and a few guys, from Totton disco and other places. Hopefully it will be a regular event in Southsea. I'm definitely coming back for more. |

It was the first night of this new event and there was a good atmosphere. The venue has plenty of room and a fair size dance floor. Free parking close by (although it does mean a walk along the seafront). Very friendly welcome, complimentary Buck's Fizz when I arrived (not sure if this is for every event or just the first one) and a buffet. Only £5 to get in so good value. Happy people there.
