A lovely social meeting. Ready to welcome others. Sad news. Sally who was the key holder and took the Subs towards costs has passed away. RIP. I8 attended ( minimum number to keep the meeting viable). It has been as low as 6 girls in the summer months). Many girls say they are shy. Most are when attending their first meeting. You may contact someone who is going and they will meet outside and come in with you. Or come with a friend. Don't miss a chance to be social with others like you. December 13th is the pre Christmas meeting. Bring and share snacks. A wonderful chance to put on your party frock ! If you wish. Sarah x |

Got there a little late for various reasons and found about a dozen girls .Met a couple of girls I knew and chatted with others too .It's just nice to be around like minded people who all have this lovely passion .

It is good to see the attendance is increasing and the event will be offering more activities. Such as clothes sales and guests being invited with advice on wigs, makeup etc. We need to keep this event going. |

It's a lovely place to go for a chat, coffee or tea and an opportunity to spend time talking to new people for the evening or catching up with friends. We're now getting quite a few turning up which is great, this week a few brought along some clothes to exchange or sell so there was 3 racks of lovely clothes to browse through. Well worth coming along, it's a very safe place to be. |

Attendance had increased and the new addition of a clothes rail with very good value clothes for sale was a success. A very friendly atmosphere and plenty of tea and coffee available. A good evening making new friends.

Ok girls if you’re after a safe welcoming place to go with ample parking then this is for you. It’s a no nonsense coffee evening with the chance to catch up or meet new friends, swap tips and have a laugh. The organisers are looking to do theme nights with advice on makeup and other things us girls have an interest in so come along and learn or help give pointers and advice. |

A most enjoyable evening with a good mix of girls from many different areas. The mix off ages was reasuring that young and old have respect for each other, and enjoy each others company. It is hoped that the large gathering of girls will continue through 2024 with several events being planned . |

A well attended evening and many making that extra effort with a Christmas party in mind. A few new faces too, which is always welcome. There was a good open discussion of maybe staging events for future evenings with possible make up demonstrations/ clothes exchange or for sale etc. Hopefully this will encourage more girls to attend to fund the hire of the venue. |

This is still a good meeting to see and chat to others. A good safe venue if you want somwhere to meet old friends or someone new. I did not like the way the tables were placed in a long line. more like a committee meeting than a social gathering. Once seated, hardly anyone moved. It is better with separate tables as it gives a chance to circulate. The December meeting is usually the best attended meeting of the year ( weather permitting) A chance to wear your party frock ! Have been going to this event on and off the past 4 years just love meeting other girls wish i could make it every month but other commitments get in the way ,This month there must have been 30 girls great night Great event long may it continue Marie x |
