Great welcoming venue with a wonderful mixture of people last night. All enjoying themselves with the karaoke night. Talent could be considered a hindrance. T gurl wise, the mighty and magnificent Michelle and her torch singer accomplice (kinda) Sophie keep a maternal eye on the flock of lovely ladies and the odd "ner do well" - that's me by the way. By the time I collapsed exhausted into my bed, I felt just that bit better about the state of the world... |

Ive been dropping into Hales for a few years now, sometimes I stay close, other times I catch the bus and walk through town... no problems at all. Im not sure the event even needs organising, the landlady who owns Hales couldnt be more welcoming; Ive personally danced with her and Ive seen her do another girls hair before! Add in the fact that Suzi with an i; actually works there and you've got a very t.girl friendly pub... Sooooo don't worry if no one has their name down for this event as girls often drop by, especially before LFF, which is what happened this time. Ended up sat with Caroline and her wife and a few local faces from the past appeared to, which was nice, plus I got to sing at least 3 times, lucky people! lol so not a bad evening! |

As usual ab fab night out with Vanessa, Michelle and Linda amongst others. Some good singers and a bit packed as usual. Davina such a dolcet tone, fabulous.

Last TNH of the year… so lovely to “Shake it off” singing a couple of my favourite karaoke tracks in the company of Michelle, Joanna, Suzi, Davina, Cynthia and Jeanette plus the fab Hales staff and customers. Always a fun night out!

Another great night at Hales Bar plus some brill Karaoke. Lovely to meet Linda, Janet and Suzi. Incredible Taylor Swift "shake it off" from Linda. Also the bar staff...the standard of singing so good. Cynthia

I hadn’t been to Hales for many months so it was great to see it’s still as enjoyable an evening out as ever. Welcoming people, friendly staff and fun karaoke.

Had a great night out, was made to feel very welcome. The atmosphere in the bar was wonderful, getting better as the night went on. Staff lovely and friendly, can't wait till i get a chance to go again.

Arrived just after 8pm, place was empty! Suzi was behind the bar and made me feel welcome, this being my first time out socially I was a bit nervous. Eventually the bar began to fill and the Kareoki began, Great mixed crowd, very relaxed atmosphere, other Tgirls were so friendly and gracious, didn't Get chance to talk with everyone,so Joanna, Rachel et all my apologies. Will definitely attend again, Thank you! |

First time at TNH - passing through as a tourist - and what a wonderful welcoming night it was! 😊 Great company and venue, and even if you think you can’t sing - I certainly can’t! - hey just go for it anyway and you won’t regret it 😁 10/10, will definitely be back 👍 |
