Another great night out at this fab place. Not been for a few months due to family stuff etc. Got there earlier than usual and was happily surprised to get free entry as it was JUST before 11pm ,,, RESULT !!lol Kareoke was a blast as usual, (now on till 3am) Great sounds ,, danced my feet off all night. Only blot on the weekend was that the Doubletree Hotel, where i always stay,now charge for parking ,even for hotel residents @£8 per 24hours ! Didnt spoil a great night/weekend though. |

We stayed in the Campanile which was fine for what we needed (it was a bed and the room was clean) and started the night there. Staff were all lovely and didn't bat an eyelid when you come down dressed (why would they, they've seen it all before). Met some nice girls beforehand in the bar area of the hotel to chat to so we didn't have to go across to the BNO alone. Some new faces, some old friends. If you are on your own and it's your first time just push yourself to chat to a couple of people. We've all been there before. The club was a little quieter than I'd expected but that meant you could sit down in the cocktail bar area, talk to your friends and get served quickly at the bar. It was free to get in when we got there about 10:30 Three different dance areas (cheesey, rave, something and something else clubby?), some nice hang out spaces, good smoking areas (not for me but they were there). Drinks were reasonable but nothing on draught (I'm not a classy bird, I'd have preferred a pint). I felt totally safe the whole time I was there and if you are unsure about going out but want a night away this place ticks all the boxes. |

My first time at BNO and it was personally rather bewildering. That said the venue was great and it was great to see so many other people enjoying themselves.

I loved my night at Pink Punters and have given it 5 stars for each category without hesitation. Since it was free to enter (before 11 if memory serves) and the drinks were fair price how can I give less than 5 for value for money. The venue itself is huge with many different types of areas with different vibes so 5 stars for that. The atmosphere was amazingly free and relaxed with no hassle from anyone despite loads of non LGBT customers. They were just there to enjoy themselves . The serve serving staff were all lovely and respectful and the vigilant security staff very professional making things feel safe. So it was just a great evening of being Tina in a lively entertaining atmosphere. I did have help from lovely Cindy who was my guide which helped me acclimatise and it also helped to stay opposite at the Campanile to avoid transport issues and campanile also relaxed atmosphere. So can't see any reason not to recommend it . Tina xx

A quiet but enjoyable night at BNO, pinks filled up a bit after midnight with a packed main dance floor. Good atmosphere and relaxed vibe in the cocktail bar.

As usual I had a fun night at Pinks. It was busier than last July, with a friendly vibe. The music was an improvement too.

Such a great venue. Quieter than I'm used to but still a great evening. The staff are great and always friendly. I'm just waiting for the next BNO

Great night going with just one friend and the two of us had a great night....so grateful she asked me to go and was more than a perfect hostess. lol Met another girl I knew and got chatting to a couple of other girls through her. Would have expected to speak to a load more but girls just opted to keep themselves to themselves and to their own little cliques which I guess is understandable. Shame really. |

A great night. I arrived around 1030 and entry was free. A good crowd although not many TV's. Such a great venue and the karaoke room was rammed full and great fun.

A quiet night at Pinks not many T ladies that and that reflected in the camp being quiet too as a pre club meeting and drinks place. I guess that the Sparkle event in Manchester the weekend before affected the attendees of T ladies to BNO. Anyway i was with a lovely lady Crissi from Ft Lauderdale meeting me for the first time, having a bite to eat at the Marvellous Tuk Tuk Thai ratery just up from pinks. It was free to get in for some reason before 11pm. I went to pinks in july and it was the same as not many T ladies Attending. Come on ladies we need more of you to attend. Love to you all Nigel |
