Another fun evening with the traditional mix of the usual suspects and newcomers. Although I'm pretty much part of the furniture now here, I recommend it for people new to going out or those wanting to build friendships or get to know new people generally. It's a friendly little group and some of us tend to go on from the pub elsewhere afterwards.

After many visits to the Bristol night out, it's about time I left a review because it really is a super event. Mel is the perfect host, always welcoming new people and the regular attendees too. The regulars at this event are also so friendly, always up for a few drinks and many laughs. The Phoenix pub is a great venue for this event. It's a regular venue (not trans specific), and that's one of the things I love about this particular night out. The staff are incredibly warm and friendly, and the locals are very friendly too, often there for the Northern Soul night that coincides with our night out. The venue is very accessable too regardless of whether you're staying overnight or travelling there and back, with a hotel one side of the pub and a large car park on the other side. So it's a short 2-3 minute walk to the venue either way. |

A Great Night Out at The Phoenix Had a brilliant night at The Phoenix! There was a really friendly bunch of girls who made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in, which set a great tone for the evening. Parking was easy and stress-free, I used the Cabot Circus car park and it’s perfect because it’s right next to the venue. The DJ was spinning Northern Soul. It’s not usually my style, but I have to say, it was great fun watching everyone dance and get into it. The atmosphere was lively and upbeat all night. The beer garden was a lovely bonus, spacious, relaxed and the patio heaters kept it warm and comfortable even later on. All in all, a very enjoyable night out. I’ll definitely be back again! |

Always a pleasure, never a chore. That’s why I love the little meet up here each month. Felt like there was a few chatty and social energy last night with lots of people and the usual mix of newcomers and established bits of the furniture as it were.

Such a fun night out! For everyone, from the super-confident to the first-time nervie-newbies! Lovely venue, very relaxing, informal and inclusive. Everyone welcome so come along! Hotel right next door for those that need accom. (Future Hotel) and a 2 min walk from Cabot Circus Multistory carpark. Easy, so no excuses! 😉🌸👱♀️💋💋💋

First time in Bristol ,which is crazy as its 2nd closest to home. Anyways great night ,fun times ....easy parking and hotel ,even free parking if u tell the future inn. Cant fault it!! |
