The Glasgow nights are not what they used to be, The City centre bars were super dead, I'm thinking it's the end of summer and furure nights will be busier Metting time was 6pm could only stay for a quick drink as everyone was moaning about leaving, I thought it was just okay for a quick drink. Not spending the whole there. With Woodies has changing it's dynamics and not for the best. We moved to Corset club 7pm as someone wanted food, it had a nice beer garden but all the tables were booked for a running club which all just stood at the bar. We popped across the road to the Riding rooms 8pm to see the cabatet show it was alright 10pm the club opened in Polo which got good seats stayed to after midnight. I popped next door to Delmonica's 9pm to vist Kim, it was suprisingly quiet Personally I would ditch Speakeasy as a meet up place. and recomend the Gallery Bar, but other voices would say someplace else, it up to you say in the Forum or message Kim i f you do decide to come along Trying to please everyone, you please no one. To be honest I would rather not bother and just please myself. Susan |

I can only review from my own night out as when I turned up at woodies everyone had moved on, by the time I finished my drink and walked to the next bar they had moved again 😡 and I wasn't playing "hunt the girls" so I went to demonicas myself and had a lovely night out .the staff are amazing with drinks promotions I did eventually meet up with a couple but by that time I was settled and wasn't going to a nightclub sorry girls 🙄 Moral is don't move bars until everyone had arrived |

A very quiet night, with it being pride weekend and football we only had a few out......my first time in Woody's since it's rebranding and personally quite liked it,.not to loud,. karaoke and a nice atmosphere I thought .......drinks are reasonable considering current climate Thank you to all that came along last night I had a lovely time speaking to everyone |

Whilst I couldn't attend this month's gtf I can understand the tables being pre-booked by other patrons for the football,.this was an oversight on my behalf I should have booked a table for the girls ........sorry !!!! 😔 Hopefully once the world cup is finished it will settle down again .......moral of the story ......don't underestimate the Scots for football hehe

The bar we normally use has had a makeover and because of the football most of the tables had been booked by people that had not appeared and the night broke up and most of the girls headed elsewhere

Thank you everyone for coming out last night, numbers were down a bit but with holidays starting etc to be expected This night out is for everyone it is fully inclusive so come along and have a drink Speakeasy is a very safe venue, drink offers on the night , staff are brilliant can't fault |

GTF has always been a friendly event when I’ve been and this was no exception. The turnout was good as well. An event on the up !

It's been a Great night this month, I never caught up with everyone, and missed Kim I personally moved between Gallery bar, Speakeasy, The Riding Rooms, Delmonica's, Katie's, back to Speakeasy and then back at Polo. It was a different nights than the usual as we had a comedy act Patti Savard from Canada 🇨🇦 on in the Riding Rooms Then went to Speakeasy for Karoke and then clubbing. We also had a few new girls out Julie and Kate from Leeds. I still to counted up the total but well over 20 over the course Of the night. These nights are self-sufficient and should run themselves But it nice to know there is a community underneath We may not get along with everyone, we should try and play nice Susan 💜 |
