The Glam Girls community event on Friday, January 23rd was absolutely fantastic. A great crowd gathered at the Outhouse to get ready together, meet, chat, and enjoy the sense of community. Our first stop was Jack Nealon’s, where even more people joined us. We received a very warm welcome and had a wonderful time. For many girls, this was their first time going out dressed, and the event was truly about community, support, and connection—nothing else. As a large group, we then made our way to Pantibar and Street 66, rounding off a brilliant night. Everyone felt safe, comfortable, and relaxed throughout the evening. While many girls felt nervous at the beginning of the night, they left feeling confident and empowered by the end. The next event will take place in February, with more details to follow. It’s definitely worth coming along! |
