In my teens I was always fascinated by the women in my mum's catalogues and loved the way the dressed: smart and stylish. I was most fascinated by the lingerie pages. I could barely believe my eyes at times: older women, not much younger than my mum or aunties, stood there in their underwear. As I grew older the fascination never left. None of my early teenage era girlfriends dressed like that or wore lingerie like that. There was something mysterious and elusive about this secret world beyond or rather underneath what older women wore.
Much later in life - late 20s - I had two eventful experiences. One was a fling with a married woman who wore stockings and was everything I'd ever dreamed about come to real life. The other was putting on a pair of stockings for the first time and experiencing a totally different form of exhilaration which has never left me.
So now several years on again I am an occasional but devoted crossdresser. I'd do it more if I had the chance. It's a closet/secret life but I love the feeling when I slip into stockings, heels and a skirt and embrace my inner feminine persona. I love secretary/office style an am looking to make friends here into similar things and who are comfortable talking about it. Love being dressed, love culture, arts, films, music and am physically quite active. Slim figure - size 12 usually and can get into size 8/10 knickers. Runnings helps shape my legs and calves for wearing stockings :-)
