The Rembrandt building houses Rembrandt Bar, The Tropicana Club and six hotel rooms located on the second floor of the building with 24 hour access. This summary is for Rembrandt Bar only, I have listed the other venues seperately.

The bar entrance is on Canal Street and trans and non-binary are welcome mid-week and Sundays but be aware they have a male only entry after 9pm on Fridays and Saturdays. This seems reasonable given that the Village is a weekend destination for Stag, Hen and party groups so weekends can need some managing by the venues to keep their regular, local, all week round customers happy.

Weekdays the staff are friendly and welcoming, the bar area is cosy, clean and tidy, nice decor and a good place to relax and drink alone or chat with friends.

Some weekdays they will serve food during the day up until 5pm, (Menus are out only when food is being served). The food is simple home cooking style and the prices are reasonable.
