The rooms are modern, clean but a bit on the small side.

Staff are friendly and competent.

Guests are mostly tourists and business people, not a traditional girls hotel but it is only a short distance from the village and another option to check when prices are high.

Surprisingly close to the village, walk out of the hotel, go left along Dickinson Street, then go left into Portland Street, when you get to the traffic lights go right down Princess Street until you get to the New Union which is where Canal Street begins. This should not take more than 4 minutes in heels.

Portland Street and Princess Street can be busy so shy and inexperienced girls might find that challenging.
