Disabled friendly too. Ramp up to our reception, access to most play rooms, and a proper disabled loo.
Available for hire too, and rooms available for daytime or evening fun with your play mate.
We have our own parking, plus on road parking is free from 6pm to 8am all year, and free all the time from November to March.
We are in a lovely location, on the sea front opposite the venetian water gardens. All very discrete too.
Train and bus station is a 25 min walk away, or £6 taxi ride.
Dont be worried or nervous about coming here, its all good fun, and friendly.

A lovely intimate event run by lovely people who really care about the people that attend. Great play rooms with very high quality furnishings and equipment in offer, the only small gripe was the music was a little loud at times but otherwise fine. Good that the organisers ensure that anyone gets a chance to play if they wish, where so many other clubs let people down, especially singles. Highly recommended for first timers and/or shy or nervous on the BDSM scene
