Trans Bar opening in the heart of Essex.
This is a second bar completely separate from the main pub. It has its own licensed bar, food menu, and every facility you’d expect in a pub.

This bar is exclusive for transgenders and their admirers. There will be strict codes for conduct and how you are clothed; smart casual to elegant formal will be admitted.

Exemplary behaviour is expected and disruptive, aggressive, or rude customers will be asked to leave.

There are guest rooms available.

Travelling to the venue isn’t easy without a car. However there’s a mainline train station in Chelmsford city centre, which is eight miles from the venue, and there’s a bus route or a taxi rank to transfer you to LuiGi’s BuTiQ.

The opening times are midday to midnight Mondays to Friday.

Saturday 1pm to 1am
Sunday 1pm to 8pm

Free entry and you’ll find drink and food prices will reflect the average price found in UK pubs.

The pub owners are a married transgender couple and will be available during opening times to assist you with any needs you have. They can supply changing facilities and make up areas for those who wish to change at the venue.

In effect, this is not a club, it’s a free to use pub for the trans community. We do not discriminate and everyone is welcome. However, any transphobic or hate speech will be dealt with promptly.
