it is open winter fri,sat sun,mon summer every day 12am till 8pm later if people still there there are no rules play it by ear,do what ever takes your fancy, parking outside but as a pvt house be a discreet as possiblevery quiet in the countryside a mixed bag of people like most places but looking to do more for tvs and admirers, the cottage name is on the wallgo through metal gates door on right. There is a sauna, swimming pool, showers, a tv / video room, a sun room and a large play room bottom of pvt garden (not overlooked) tea/coffee is free as is bottled water, towels provided this is the only pvt sauna or sauna if any type in lincs it is £8.00 to get in special rates for tvsthere are lockers avalible as well you can find out more about this place on squirt, could all the girls remember not to arrive dressed or if you do coverd up as a pvt road and dont want to attract attention many thanks this venue has now closed down due to owner now in care home and venue is up for sale sorry
