My first Leeds First Friday - and as i predicted i'm left feeling amazed at how much fun it all was - and regretting not having done it sooner especially as it's the most local of local events to me!! So don't make the same mistake i did - get out there now - or at least next first Friday and enjoy it. Friendly people and venues, more tall t-girls than i could shake a stick at and the opportunity to wear the shortest or most outrageous of dresses and highest heels - brilliant! Nothing beats going out dressed it would appear - or at least not with all (or most) of your clothes on :) Enjoy! |

Hi all It was all in all a brilliant evening, very friendly bars all in skipping distance of each other Very well attended lots of nice peeps to meet Only downside was in fibre bar lovely venue very friendly but the so called buffet consisted of about 5 very small trays of sandwiches between about 200 people and the drinks where good value at £2 a go but some bar staff where charging full price when the mood took them so first round £4 second round same drinks £7.80 ??? (Maybe all staff need briefing) Take from that what you will but we did not let it spoil the night All in All. Great venue, well attended, great night |

Great time and great night as always.. A big turn over of regular girls and lots of fresh new faces too. Fab night, always reccomended to everyone, doesnt matter if your a cross dresser, tv, ts, guy, couple.... everyone comes and has a great night out in leeds |

This was my first visit to LFF, expecting it to be my only visit as I tend to prefer "quieter" events / meetings as I had been advised it is noisy, livery and full on. Yes, it is true in everyday but did I enjoy it! Visited most places, people friendly, staff friendly, music was better than expected wherever I went and people there were great! Loved "Fibre" good atmosphere including the cheap drinks session. Will be definitely going back but have to be in a few months. Thanks Leeds.

great night again , although the loft has increased price at door ,but atmosphere inside was crap ,bit of of a let down none of the girls go in there now .

One of the primary reasons for the rendezvous at the Cosmo is to meet and CHAT. Chat - not shout nor struggle to hear !! A female friend attended with me for the first time and our party dined in the restaurant. We all agreed that conversation was stifled by the loudness of the music. I have noticed that the music volume does seem to be increasing over recent months. We told the management who agreed and apologised. I personally don't think the hotel needs to compete with the bars in the area for decible output. It is after all a hotel Will dine elsewhere if this persists. |

Good points: 1. It was rammed so got to catch up with peeps. 2. Theres always a good atmosphere. 3. The bar at the very top in Fibre was clean, nice, the peeps behind the bar actually bothered serving you, and the music was actually good. 4. The Loft is cheap and the guy on the door is funny. Bad points: 1. I would say the music in the LFF bit of Fibre, but i managed to block it out of my mind, so couldnt comment. 2. The bar staff in Fibre. Apparently they havent heard of the concept of serving people who have been at the front of the queue for 45 mins. Three seperate people I know complained about this. I got so bored waiting i starting sticking straws in the stale sandwiches before giving up entirely and going to a different bar. Horrendous. 3. The Cosmo, in general. Overly expensive and little atmosphere. |

As this was my first time to attend LFF I didn't know what to expect and was quite a bit nervous. However, I had nothing to worry about. Everyone I spoke to was really friendly and welcoming and the event as a whole was a blast. Due to work commitments I am not free to attend every month, but you can be sure that I will be attending again as soon as I can. Highly recommend it as a great way to spend a Friday night :-) |
