Another lovely day, my second visit. Such a shame that more girls can`t make it although I know geographically it is difficult for some but you could always do like me and book a room at Acle Travelodge which is only half an hours drive from the Convent |

The Convent is a lovely, friendly event hidden away in north Norfolk. Mary the host is very welcoming and immediately you are put at your ease. Bdsm is on offer and there is no pressure whatsoever to join in if you don't want to. There are plenty of quiet corners and rooms for you to use for fun. Mary supplies tea, coffee and lunch nibbles. A lovely venue but don't expect it to be on the scale of BNO or Lovejoy's. Sally xx

Went along to the Convent, but was disappointed to find there was not a single Nun there, so had to talk to the congregation at large! Not wishing to give a sermon, I limited myself to a few slices of quiche lorraine, a couple of dogs, a coffee to wash it all down, then joined in the chat and ended up staying several hours. Finally, someone found the key and we all managed to get out and wend our separate ways! Lovely people and always a pleasure to attend and thank you very much for the hospitality shown by Mary, and no she isn't the Hail Mary you might be thinking of! (Well she might be but I don't know her that well just yet!) Just a little note to say how quickly I seem to be picking up the dialect of the Carrot people and Norfolk in general, so thank you for all for speaking slowly in order I can catch up! Mayby I should intropduce you to some friends of mine next time I am down, I call them Cauliflowers, or Yellowbellies as they are affectionately known around these parts! It's a pity we clashed with the footie as numbers were well down. Thank you to those that came along - I hope you all had a nice time. There aren't many venues in this area & we should all try our best to support this one. Mary is such a lovely person who makes everyone feel relaxed & comfortable. If you haven't been to an 'event' before this is certainly the one to try. Everyone is made to feel welcome - why not come along & see for your self ? Lauren xx |

My first visit to the Convent and surely not my last. It was a bit of a trek to get to but worth it as it's a fantastic venue. Looking forward to the next time already.

Mary is a lovely host and with her good friends runs a splendid venue. It has a taste of safe and comfortable chat with a hint of some extra for the more adventurous. All are made welcome if just to meet others , chat or move onto some BDSM tendencies. No pressure and comfortable environment which I would highly recommend . |
