WOW...had a fantastic evening. First time there but definately not the last. The staff are friendly, music was great and met some lovely girls. The new diner looked fab. If I had any critism it would be the unisex toilets arent very clean.They could do with a refresh mid evening.other than that a great night out..! |

What a lovely evening..post new year , is usually quiet BUT....everyone was partying and lovin' it xxxx The new diner was fab and comfy and cosy...mwah mwah The Pink room is getting better too....so many helpful staff on hand all night...what a great start to 2014.....I'm coming again XXXXXX Ms Phillipa |

First time attending and I seriously doubt I'll be back anytime soon. Why do you hand over money at the door, receive a swipe card in return and then swap the swipe card for a piece of cardboard with a guy standing 6 feet away? Clueless bar staff who had no idea what vermouth was and thought Jack Daniels was bourbon. Only positive were the two security guys at the end of the (our) night. Thanks fellas, much appreciated. |

Brilliant night as ever, although wet and cold and light on numbers due to it being just after Xmas people that went were very friendly and chatty, safe secure environment plus new American style diner although not sampled it yet. Drinks are a little steep but no different to other club prices. All in all a brilliant night out, well worth going although worth while sharing a hotel room as it's £59 a night at the campanile opposite. |

This was my First BNO, I only knew a few people there so spent most of the night just soaking up the atmosphere, I look forward to going again

as always the staff and security were amazing ....there did seem to be some work being done on the venue lets hope the changes will be worth it .... but it did make it busy outside brrrrrr x its always good value for money and great to have a dance with so many friends x
