I eventually made it to LFF for the first time and so glad I made the effort. Loved it, great night, safe, friendly atmosphere from start to finish. Special thanks to Jayne who looked after me the whole night. Will be going next month for sure.

Seemed quieter than usual generally, some of the bars empty (Fibre) and Smokestack not open even by 9-30. Everyone saving pennies before Sparkle next weekend I guess.

Had a lovely evening with my boyfriend in Smokestack then Ambiente for dinner and lastly Blayds to see Louise and Dean . Smokestack was quiet but it was early 4-6pm. Ambiente was lovely in the River Room as always and very busy as we left about 9pm. Looked in at the New Penny on the way back but only 3 cis girls in there so it's obviously still a late destination. Also looked in at the Bridge next door which is under new management post lockdown I believe. Very friendly greeting from the staff there so probably worth a proper stay in the future. And so to Blayds where Louise and Dean were just arriving . Had a good chat and the bar was busy in fact back to 2019 levels I thought with plenty of trans girls there none of which we in fact knew. I get the impression that post covid a lot of the old LFF regulars have dropped off to be replaced by new arrivals many from a good distance away which is good since all functions need to be renewed and refreshed over time. LFF is still far and away the best event for a T girl to step out for her very first time.

Although a little quieter than previous months once again LFF is such fun and everyone is so welcoming and a genuine feeling of togetherness and is lovely. Marriot Hotel is just so convenient and is consistently of good quality !!! I will Be back !!! Adele |

Wow! What can I say had such an amazing time I hardly remember to few yeas now! Was very nervous to go on my own but was really surprised to see such lovely people around me! Great venue stuff people and whole atmosphere were superb in y eyes! Hope it's not because it was my first time ever!! Well done organizers and can't wait for the next one!! Huge Kisses Mrs M x |

Amazing night, loads of friendly girls. Superb atmosphere and plenty of friendly bars to visit. Heaven on earth. Will definitely be visiting again.

Hi, this was my first visit to LFF, and my first time in public dressed, except for two clubs I visit in London which I drive to. Every one I met including the taxi drivers were very friendly. I was made feel very welcome by all the girls I met, and invited by one to join her group as we moved around the city. I had a wonderful time and would recommend everyone to go at least once to experience the wonderful atmosphere. |

my 45th LFF, this was a very quiet LFF due to it clashing with BNO, every venue was pretty dead, I would say due to people parting at the Jubilee so no money left. still a good night though Gemma |

Quietest LFF I've ever known, not just a sparsity of girls but punters in general. Everybody must have spent up over the Jubilee weekend. Only a few dozen people in the Marriott, Viaduct, Fibre and Queens Court, and only a handful in Smokestack, Like a ghost town. Ended up having a fun time in Blayds which was the only place full. |

Another great night at LFF. Only my second time there, but all the girls are so welcoming and friendly, as are the lovely folks of Leeds.

I’m sorry but for a gender that wants to be accepted, I’d like to say that you don’t make it easy. Far too many clicks going on and outsiders don’t seem to be welcomed in. I’m a very easy going person but found it hard to be accepted. I think there is a lot of jealousy that exists especially when most girls look nothing like their makeover photographs. I doubt I will be attending any more of these events.

Another great event in the heart of Yorkshire. Leeds has so much to offer, fantastic nightlife, safe and friendly. The Marriot is proving to be the perfect meet up venue, large enough to accommodate hundreds of Trans-people. The only downside currently is the high prices hotels are charging for a room. I guess this is not isolated to Leeds, maybe the hotel industry is trying to recover losses from the covid years. Hopefully this might be blip, prices may moderate soon. I won't be paying over £100 for a room in Travelodge, previous average £45. So LFF remains number 1 for me.
