The usual enjoyable evening and very well attended. Dragged Tina to Maven for her first time . Cosmo , Fibre etc all very busy. Loads of police around . Maybe it was because the Lady Mayor was in attendance which was nice of her. As stated repeatedly by others if you want to try your first night out in the real world as distinct from clubs/ saunas etc come to Leeds for LFF and be yourself without any hassle or cause for concern. Must be the best place in the UK for us. Beats the others by miles lol but then we are in God's own county are we not .

Always a lovely night out at LFF. A good mix of bars and clubs to attend depending on what your into. Great friends, music and socialising is always a winner :) |

Having missed last months bash as funds were short I needed to renew my acquaintance and I wasn't disappointed. Lots of chums, lots of friendly faces, much conviviality and all in a welcoming and safe environment ....... this time with the added chance to meet the Lady Mayoress. Honestly folks, if you'd like to get out but have yet to do so ....... head for Leeds on the First Friday, it's the ideal occasion to "strut your stuff" and meet other like-minded folk. |

This was my 16th LFF and one of the biggest so far celebrating the 10th anniversary made it even bigger. I love LFF, highly recommend it to anyone and everyone. Gemma x |

Hi, This was or 3rd time at LFF and i must say it was the best, got talking to a lot of new people and the atmosphere was great. We also went up the the other bars and to see the amount of police presence was very re-assuring. I would also like to take the chance of finding a lovely girl that we spoke to on friday night but we got separated and never got to get contact details so here goes lol. She was from Scotland, slim, black dress, long bob hair and her name was Debbie and was staying in the hotel across the road from the cosmo. If anyone knows who she is or if you are reading this and you think its you please get in touch, would love to keep on touch with you and meet again at LFF. Cant wait till the next time as this event has given us a new lease of life, we can go out dressed and no one says a bad word to us. |

A superb night at LFF. Hadn't realised that the 10th birthday was being celebrated in style with free food & prosecco at the Cosmos and a visit by the Lady Mayor (She's lovely & if I lived in Leeds I'd vote for her!). Well done to Janie, The staff in Cosmos & Fibre and everyone else involved in making it a great night. Well worth the 3hr train trip each way.

This was the 10th anniversary of LFF and the Cosmo celebrated this by putting free Cava and having the ballroom open for us. Much appreciated by us and a lovely gesture by the Staff who once again were fantastic. So welcoming and friendly to us all. So many girls there this time from near and far afield that you couldn't fail not to have a great night. Fibre once again supported the event with buffet and drinks and the Smokestack producing another night of great music and dancing. Thoughts go out to some one who would have loved the night but sadly will be missed for ever RIP Ali x Thanks to all my friends and new friends that made it a fantastic night and if you not been, book up for the next one |

Another fantastic night (well only my second one!!) at LFF. I can never quite believe what such a wonderful community this is! I only got down late due to a gig earlier on in the evening (equally good by the way!) I was lucky enough to have a friend let me use her room at Cosmo's to get dressed. I'd only just arrived when her friend came back not feeling too well, but I ended up having such a lovely chat whist getting ready. I tottered around the corner and bumped in to new friends from the last LFF, before heading to Fibre. I found my other friends, and had such a lovely time, met new friends too!! What is bad to say? Maybe cheaper beer!! :-) I feel so safe on this night, it's all so incredible so thank you!! :-)
