After a spot of cheese and wine in the Marriott we hit the Viaduct for drinks. Somewhat quiet, but the bit of show we saw was fun. Nice to see the Bridge back in action although I jeopardised their ongoing revenue with some karaoke. Northern Guitars busy but we thought the band sounded great from seats in the back room. If you like pub rock. The End pretty packed, got offered a free cocktail by a hen party that had over-ordered. Only letdown was Smokestack at the end. The DJ doesn’t seem to understand that if nobody’s on the dance floor dancing, then maybe she should try playing some more danceable music. |

I don't wish to denigrate this organisation. I just wanted to give the point of view of someone not 'connected'. I realise there's a newbies' meet, and I didn't attend because I'm technically not a newbie, having been once before a year ago. It seems that no one was either there or remembered me from a year previously. That's fine, but it did mean I had to be extra social and needed to approach lots of people by myself. I got the impression that I was generally well received, but upon telling someone that it would be nice to go to the next venue with them (why does everyone splinter off into what are unavoidably socially status-led groups?), they left without my knowing. OK... I must be doing something wrong. I needed just a little more looking after. I tried to make this known, but I guess stating the obvious like that is weird for people. It seems everyone was very "insider", and I ended up leaving early, having had a welcoming group lead me to an impossibly noisy venue where I couldn't physically talk to anyone. I told some people that it was a very cliquey atmosphere, and they told me that it wasn't, which is strange considering I'm the new person who doesn't know anyone there. So really, I'm the only one who gets to say whether it is cliquey or not! |

Wow! What a fabulous evening I spent in Leeds in the Qtr for LFF It’s been 15 years since my last visit as I moved to Oz. Loved Viaduct. Thank you to all the wonderful, friendly and beautiful people I met over the evening. I was made to feel so welcome by so many. I’m so glad I moved my flight back 2 weeks to attend. Thank you beautiful people for a wonderful evening. Love Fifi 😘 |

I haven't been in nearly a decade and so much has changed. I didn't see anyone I knew and quite a few people cancelled going in the usual vein, so coupled with it being the holidays, I thought it was pretty quiet. No hassles at all, it was a lovely evening. |

Arrived Thursday Lunchtime, left Monday afternoon. Different Events booked across all days from group meals, picnics meet ups, tours, pride parade and associated events. All free. There is a lovely community at LFF, great organisation and a buzz that is hard to explain. Attendees from Europe, Canada, the USA If you only go to one event, this is one of the best. Ellie |

LFF combined with Leeds pride was a fantastic event. The combination of the string of meets and LFF organised events combined with the assembly of so many girls and the addition of Leeds pride created a fun weekend from Friday through to Monday. A big thank you to all the LFF team for a very special weekend. |

A lovely night in Leeds,weather helped also,made somenew friends and one girl in particular whom i am seeing again,the bars were full,the atmosphere very happy.

As always, it was a fabulous evening/night. Lots of new peeps as well as the many regulars. If you have recently started to attend, can I recommend that you branch out away from the usual four or five venues (at least in the early part of the evening) and explore the long list of welcoming and accepting bars, pubs and restaurants. If attending for the first time, do get along to "Made It" where other newcomers meet for about an hour away from the very busy Bridge End Social. If you are on your own but not a first timer, just speak to someone. Compliment their dress, makeup whatever. You won't be on your own for long! |

Love LFF and attend as often as possible. Made so many fabulous friends there who are a big part of my life. I always start the night downstairs in The Bridge End and mostly I finish it in Viaduct because the atmosphere is amazing plus I like to swing my ass on the dancefloor. All the venues are so wonderfully friendly that I always feel welcome and safe. The whole event is an amazing credit to the organisers. I have stayed in many hotels such as The Briggate and of course Travelodge but prices vary wildly throughout the year so a single regular one is not really an option. Of course the party always continues back in my room ( wink wink ). Unfortunately I am unable to attend July with incredibly high hotel prices for that one but got my bookings in for August and September so see you there... |

Usual good night out in Leeds having a good chat with one of the original LFF founders . Introduced Dean to Whitelocks for a change at a non scene venue . Grove Inn first before Head of Steam then Whitelocks followed by Smokestack then Bridge Social . Cindy was off to Farrands for the cocktails meet up at 9 so I might try that in future . Finished up at Indigo the old Cosmo where we all used to hang out. More upmarket now lol. For your first time out it still has to be LFF .

Only my second ever visit to LFF, a bit quieter than the first but still busy. No complaints, nice buzz to the venues and everyone very friendly. A bit pricey in some places but that's to be expected I suppose. One bit of advice though, do not come alone unless you have arranged to meet others when you get there as it's very cliquey and the various groups tend to keep to themselves. |

A good number for June, rain stayed off. I met some lovely people, you usually do. If you want a night thats always fun its LFF. Shout out to Viva Italian restaurant, where i usually go for a meal on my own lol
