Best LFF yet very good atmosphere....the only thing I come to realise is people can be deceptive....I learned that at LFF on friday but overall lovely music great food met some of my lovely mates....definitely going to next LFF....Thankyou Organizers Mamma Loco XXXX

Yet another good night at LFF lots of girls there, visited lot of bars as usual. Nice to meet some new girls and meet up with friends. Anyone wanting to go out for the first time then LFF is the event to go to as everyone is so friendly.

another great night ,well worth driving 220 miles in the same night ,nice to see a lot of new faces , first time i have been and seen no girls from newcastle ,very unusual .all credit to the organisers .

Erm.....been to quite a few LFF's, this has to rate as the loudest! Every bar and club seemed to be playing music to deafen the clientele into submission. My personal preference is for straight vanilla venues, but you know what you're in for here. I'd like it a lot more if the managers would play music at a tolerable level so you don't have to shout to talk to people- how else are you supposed to have a conversation!? BSL? Music is standard gay scene handbag anthem type stuff, again not my preference but everyone else seems to like it. To improve- well, play different things quietly perhaps? Security, well there's plenty of door staff, the regulars are polite and friendly and the 5-0 can usually be found prowling round. It's the 'pink triangle' so tranniness is to be expected and no one really gives a stuff in my humble opinion and if they do, stuff 'em. Value? £3.30 a pint....I'm from Yorkshire and I don't earn £50k a year, so no. The Hourglass does Leeds Best at £1.89 alas it's SkySportsBar-iness will put most delicate flowers off from going in. The last time I tried to get the £2 drink offer in Fibre I was told it was £3.50..has this changed? At least the Viaduct knocked 10% off the price of my Coke, fnar. I appreciate most of this is beyond the organisers control..but we are paying our pink pound and I for one, am seeking out cheaper, quieter venues- it's my own taste more than anything else- why do we have to confine ourselves to one small part of town because we are a little different????????????? |

leeds first friday is a wondeful event lovely friendly pubs and night clubs i just wish it was on a saturday because of work and although there is a lipps which takes place on a saturday LFF is the most popular |
