A great event that was very well managed and attended. The bars on Canal Street were great and the management at Velvet were so friendly and helpful! There cupcakes and chocolate brownie were amazing, thanks.xx A great weekend and the highlight of my year!!! Michelle and Hayley.xx |

My first Sparkle, awesome! x Definitely wanna do it again, eye opening & overwhelming at first for a newbie. Does'nt take long to get in the flow of things, wish I was still there. People were very friendly, no atmosphere, good value for money & thankyou to all the organisers and people who put it together. melanie x |

Went to the Sparkle event on Saturday - what a great time i had, first time out dressed too, i felt very welcomed too and i thank all concerned who helped make it possible, truely an amazing time i had, one that i will not forget Count me in for next years!!! xx |

Sparkle for me this year was very special, as it was my first time dressed out of the closet. If it were not for sparkle I would not have had the most wonderful weekend and met some very special people that I now can call friends. From the music to the Miss Sparkle contest everything was amazing. I even won the raffle for a makeover and a new wig, I never win anything. I cannot thank the organisers of sparkle enough for the brilliant event that it was, and I will always remember the amazing summer of 2014 on Canal street and the Sackville Gardens when I finally was able to walk down a street dressed as Jolene. My thanks to everyone involved. |

been to every sparkle event and the last few years its going steadily doing downhill, this is probably worse one , lack of atmosphere in general ,sparkle in the park was like a ten minute walk in the park. the stage lacked the performers of the early years and the main bars was just like a normal Friday night, next year needs a total rethink to get back to the early years

Brilliant evening on the Friday, met up with so many, a lot of which I had chatted with on-line but not met before, great venues and atmosphere, taxis are a god send saves on the feet and being my 3rd Sparkle will definitely go again next year :)
