This event has become a near monthly must to attend. Very relaxing and great company and conversation allied with good ales and good food. Not the cheapest but very good so a markdown for value. Atmosphere and staff friendliness not faulted. No security seems needed as this pub is divided into saloon bar and public bar and the clientele don't mix or indeed worry each other. Great conversations with the locals are part of this evening, parking is easy and free and the olde worlde location is to die for yet still close to major roads and the Bournemouth/Poole conurbation. |

A great evening of chat and having a few drinks with wonderfull company and a lovely enviroment.

Once again a really good and relaxing evening with 12 of us attending. I joined the merry throng at gone 8 o clock having had a successful ringing session in Wimborne tower. Good food, good beer and good company made the evening last to near closing time. Difficult to be anything other than relaxed. I do so enjoy these meets and over a year now with little diminution of numbers. |

A gentle and rewarding evening in the company of good friends in a congenial pub in the shadow of an ancient church bell tower on practise evening. Idyllic surroundings and good conversation give a chance to just unwind fully dressed. Still suitable for newbies as a first step out in 'public'. |

A lovely little garthing of like minded girls for a chat and a drink. Lots of support for us nervous types. Easy to get to and easy parking. |

Down to a mere 8 souls this time as there were several other events during the week and illness played a part. Nevertheless, it still is the most relaxing evening I go to. |
