Really lovely night out at transmatters, great environment to meet and make friends, met some friends that ive not seen for a long time and made some new ones too, was really nice to get some lovely comments from the lady at K teas cakes and also the land lady at the lych gate all in all a brilliant night out x

I'm not the most confident trans out there and a little shy. However Norma and everyone else makes you feel comfortable and relaxed,friendly group. Lovely venues as well. I'm definitely going again.. |

Not been to transmatters for a long time because I find it difficult to get motivated to go somewhere for only a few hours, But I really enjoyed tonight's event from start to finish a fabulous social event nice start to the event at katies cakes where everyone is made to feel very welcome, then on to the Lytch gate which is a lovely friendy pub, all in all a nice evening spent with nice people x

This was my first time attending the Transmatters event and I had a great night. Meeting in Katies Cafe first is a brilliant way to start the evening off. Knowing that the cafe only had t-girls inside was very reassuring and made it easy to take that that first scary step of walking through the door. I was made very welcome and was greeted by the wonderful Norma, the event host. The café has lots of comfy sofas and armchairs which all help to make it a very relaxed environment. Katies herself was very welcoming and friendly, another lovely aspect of the event. At 9pm the café closes and a handful (7) of us ventured up to the Lych Gate pub to round the evening off. The bar staff there are also all very welcoming and friendly and the pub regulars aren’t bothered about a gang of t-girls descending on them. One chap even joined our table for a natter. There is free parking next to both venues, so there is only a short walk from the car to the door if you are nervous about walking down the street dressed. I can highly recommend the Transmatters event, they really do welcome new attendees with open arms. So, whether you are experienced at going out dressed or still looking for that first time, it is a wonderful experience. |

Enjoyable night as hadn't been for a while liked the new venue the ladies were very friendly. Think the heat on the night and Wolves playing at home may have affected the numbers. Will definatly go again.

Such a shame the old place is closing but understandable am looking forward to the new venue and seeing friends old and new.

Lovely to see a couple of new faces in the cafe, and must have still been a dozen of us moved on up the road to the pub at 9. Thoroughly sociable night.
