Well I'd read so much about Sweet Wednesday, but I couldn't believe my luck when I found myself in London with work when this was on. Yes, it was a little nerve wracking approaching the door (excellent directions on the website, by the way). When I plucked up the courage to go through the door, I was given a very warm welcome; it was almost like what you would expect at a village fete; a far cry for what was awaiting for me as I ventured down the stairs. At the foot of the stairs there was a cloakroom "manned" by a very friendly and sexy T-Girl, and from there I headed into the main venue with a sense of both intrepidation and excitement. It didn't take me very long to be involved with the action that was going on and thoroughly enjoyed the frolics that I had with some lovely girls. It's true what some other reviewers have said, it's definitely not for the faint hearted, but from my point of view it was a case of "I'm here now so I might as well go with the flow". "When in Rome" etc etc. As I remember from about 6.00 onwards the venue filled up considerably, almost to the point that it was difficult to mount (pun intended) any kind of activity, so I decided to leave, but very happy with the afternoon's events. As for any ideas for the future, well there more admirers than girls - and let's be honest the admirers were there for the girls - why not give the girls free entry ? Also as it seems to be a victim of its' own success, maybe a move to a larger venue ? Anyway a great way to spend an afternoon and hope I'm back again soon. John |
