I've said it before, the great thing about Ted's Place is that there are always people you know and always people who are visiting for the first time, which is an excellent recipe for a fun night out! It was Ascot Week, so some of the girls wore hats in Ted's Enclosure, which is always a lot of fun. The evening started gently and then suddenly the place was packed with gorgeous tgirls and dashing straight men. Everyone had lovely time, the drinks were flowing, the music never stopped and oh la, la, what happened there in the back? If you are are regular visitor, you know exactly what I mean. If you haven't been, however, then you simply must come down one Thursday or Sunday night! You'll love it, there is no place like it! Old fashioned cool, cheap drinks, super friendly staff, a safe place and if you need to, you can change there as well, no questions asked or frowning eyes. This year, Ted's Place will be celebrating its 25th anniversary. How many places can say the same? Exactly, that says it all! Thanks, Ted & Staff, you're simply the best! Lady Charlotte xx |

First time I'd been to this place and felt really at ease and relaxed. Entry and drinks cheap, staff friendly, and good atmosphere

First time at Ted's and went on my own as I was looking for somewhere sociable to hang out at on a Thursday night. I found it with the little Teddy Bear in the window, no problem at all. No problem whatsoever going on my own. Sat at the bar, met some lovely people, and had a very enjoyable night. Ted and his staff are very welcoming, and I felt right at home. Travelodge 200 yards away was easy to stay at, and there is a Holiday Inn right next door too, but a bit more expensive. But both are convenient and easy to walk from the hotel to Teds if you are not driving. I look forward to going again soon :) x Shelley |

Another great night at Teds met 3 girls who I know who I have notvseen for a few months which was nice, and a few other guys who I had not met before, As allways Teds was friendly and a lovely host, |

Hi Girls Boys and Friends ,Karen visited Teds last Thursday , this club holds a special place in my heart always friendly always chilled and fun , great music club and old old school all mixed seamlessly by Dennis , as always great to see and speak to Ted , a total star who has provided a fab club for all genders well done Honey , also great theme nights schoolgirl , Halloween and a great Christmas Party , so go take that step through the doors and down the Staircase for at least 100 times , busy or quiet a must visit , well done Ted and staff love to you all Karen XxX:-)

Hello Dear Reader, I like Teds very much. It was my 3rd visit. I also left a review of my visit at Christmas time (under name AmberB - long dull story why I am now Amberx_). Is a place you can go to on your own just to have a glass of wine and a chat. I always seem to find someone to chat with easily. This time I was meeting a date at 9 that I had chatted too but never met. Teds is an ideal place for a first date to see if you get on. Is just sensible and practical for both parties. Is a really friendly, cosy place and Ted is an excellent host and good company to chat with. I have always been made to feel welcome and am at my ease there completely. Yes alright the changing facilities aren't brilliant but I manage easily, I even manage to do my lashes in the umm small and quite dark changing 'facility'. Anyway I dress at home, get a taxi there so only really need to do my make-up and put my stripper heels on. If you want to ask me anything feel free to ask and I will reply. I hope to see you there sometime. Kisses Amber x ps and Mick, Teds house taxi, can take you home afterwards. He took me home last 2 times I have been and just makes it so easy. pss If you smoke (I do) you can have a cigarette at the entrance on street. Is a bit chilly at the moment but needs must. Also, it can be quite exciting having a cigarette at a club door on a London street, with an admirers hand under your dress and in your panties x |
