Enjoyed Cosmo for dinner and meeting friends. Do not do the clubs as go out in the town. Nice to see lot dressed for Halloween.

LFF3... just when you thought it was safe to go back in the water... First time I was genuinely flying solo. Decided to have a change of image for this one, ditched "frumpy middle aged woman" in favour of "goth", and partied like it was 1986! This event never disappoints. Rock up with friends or alone, but you'll have new friends by the time you leave. 6 months ago I was a wreck, cowering in my bedroom, not even daring to put a foot out of doors. Now I have found confidence I never new I had, I'm making new friends every time I go out, and I've booked for December and January... If you're going, see you there - if you're not, you're missing out. |

Second LFF, first one not being shepherded round... saw a couple of new places, revisited a couple of old ones, but most importantly I met some awesome people. And what's more, I hit the dancefloor for the first time since 1989... If you're thinking of going but are wavering, my advice is, DO IT!

Debbie and I had a very enjoyable evening on Friday. After a cocktail at Smokestack, we had dinner in the restaurant at Cosmopolitan followed by drinks and chat with lots of really friendly people. We were joined by several good friends, which made this a thoroughly memorable evening.

Brilliant night in Leeds, lots of trannies out, more than ever I think, loads in fancy dress. I sort of get the feeling it's becoming more and more popular! I have to keep pinching myself to make sure it's actually happening.....this night out feels absolutely made for ME!!!๐๐ So.....long may it continue......love to Janie as always x |

Our best ever LFF. Lots of fantastic costumes, well done girls & guys who made the effort. I was very nervous as it was the first time I'd been out in public in fancy dress but met lots of lovely people who made me feel very welcome. Janet xxx

My first outing in public and i could not have chosen a safer or more appropriate location. Stayed at the magnificent Queens Hotel (i am not a magnificent queen) just a 5 minute walk to the cosmopolitan which seems to be the starting point for everyone. I am a mature tranny to say the least but did not feel out of place with the cross section of people there. It did get very busy but the bar staff at the cosmopolitan worked hard to keep us all well oiled. Moved on to the Viaduct and a couple of other clubs and was made to feel welcome wherever i went, i will certainly be returning soon.

We had a great time, we always do here in the Cosmo,thanks to the organisers for a great job. Tonight some girls wore Halloween outfits , it's good to see this ,all of them fabulous . Jo |

It was the Halloween event and there was a bit of a theme going on. People already put a lot of effort in to look fabulous and on this night the bar was lifted so high I think it was in another galaxy. Speaking of galaxies the people dressed up like Sith, wow, really impressive! Other than that, same great night. Amazing people brought together in the interest of looking great and having an absolute blast. I love it and if you are reading this because you're wondering whether to give it a go, just do it. It's brilliant. x |

Very friendly event. Tv's of every "light and shade" are there - some with partners. All the different venues are within a couple of minutes walk in a very safe area. You can't be on your own for long before someone or several folk will start chatting to you if you don't /can't make the first "hello". The Cosmo (the hotel where the evening starts) was rammed last night. I joined a group of people I'd never met before and ended up chatting the night away with them. As it's a free event, it is really amazing. Some of the venues vary in quality but Cosmo and Fibre are definitely superb. Going back to investigate some of the other pubs and restaurants near by. |

yet another fantastic night. spent the evening with the beautiful katie and lucy. a really fun evening with so many stunning girls. the clubs and bars are so so trans friendly. no trouble, no nasty comments, and the staff at bar fibre are fab. the girls behind the bar are awesome. free food too. lots of places to dance and chat. cosmopolitan hotel is great, not bad value but parking quite expensive on top of the accommodation. lots of security everywhere, between the hotel and in the venues and on the doors... very safe. if you havenโt been then this is such a good place to go. thanks to everyone for making this possible and for making trans more acceptable to the general public...xx
