It's friendly and sociable and a nice non-tranny venue to just drop into. I wish I could get there more often.

A lovely mid-week social in a cool pub an easy walk from embankment tube. Got there around 8:30 got a GnT downstairs to check out the crowd before heading upstairs to see the girls. Double figures and we had the upstairs bar mostly to ourselves. Drinks are cheap and a nice selection of gins and wines. The girls are friendly - please join us but remember its every other Wednesday starting 1st one of the month. |

Quite a good turn out considering the rest of the pub was unusually dead. Tina, Julie, Ayesha, Ginella, Louise, Melissa, Ann, Kim, Tilly and Meg. Walked up to Bombsheel with Tilly afterwards.

What a lovely night. Got there with my friend around 9. Bought a drink downstairs to see who was in and then went upstairs. Double figures again. The regular crowd plus a few I'd met before and two guys one of whom I chatted with ...very refined :) Its a lovely atmosphere for new comers as its very relaxed and friendly but also a nice place to socialise with friends or a start point for the evening. Stayed till closing and then walked down to 1/2 way to heaven for a night cap before tubing it home. |

Another great night at retro bar, 2 girls, 2 guys and a fair few of us gals so well into double figures yaaay. Couple of tables reserved upstairs and kinda taking over the bar area. changing room and cloaks if you need them. £4.90 of a GnT on from 8 till 11. Very friendly atmosphere, all welcome so come along and meet some people :) |
