Oh what a day, well organised, well attended, it was nice to see a lot of the general public and families in attendance, a fun day for the trans community and anyone else who chose to be there, lots of information available and some great retailers there, thanks to all the organizers, great job well done, can't wait till next year, XxxX |

It was a lovely, girls from all around uk get together..never seen so many t-girls walking down the street in public places everywhere in the town proudly and freely...and im proud of one of them...The girls are very welcoming and friendly..i will deffinately go back again next year..... just counting down the days once again till next year! Good job and well done!!

This was my first visit to Sparkle and I went with a Tgirl friend for whom this was also her first visit. Well, what can I say except that it was a most wonderful experience, I didn't stop smiling the whole time I was there!!! The atmosphere was so relaxed and friendly. The venues, pubs, bars and streets were so very pleasant. We met some lovely people, saw some old friends, boogied 'til 3 am and had such a great time. And the sun shone !!! To be able to dress all day in whatever outrageous outfit you liked (and mine were VERY short) walk around, not always in the village was really lovely, I received some lovely compliments from gay guys & girls and straight people in the streets and venues. Will I go again? Oh yes !!! |

This is an event that takes over most of the gay part of Manchester so is difficult to rate in the normal way. I went up by train on this day ( returned Monday 14th by train. The fun started before the train started moving as was near enough continuous from then on. For me this event is really the premier national event and worth the trip for the numbers that attend. it has been extended to Saturday and Sunday. I rated the value as average as some of the events were not very good value or worth attending and i wish i had made more use of networking to ensure that i met everyone I wanted to but in reality I only missed a few. If the weather is good and you can do deals with trains and hotels this is currently the premier event in England and one very much not to be missed. |

was a great weekend, loved every minute, been to 3 b4 this was the best so far. Would say if you can go , do it its awesome and you'll make friends that will last a long long time xxx

A great event lots of peeps to catch up with, fantastic bars and restaurants and lots of stalls in the park to see, well worth going tonnes to do. If you haven't been make sure you go next year. |
