Sparkle for me this year was very special, as it was my first time dressed out of the closet. If it were not for sparkle I would not have had the most wonderful weekend and met some very special people that I now can call friends. From the music to the Miss Sparkle contest everything was amazing. I even won the raffle for a makeover and a new wig, I never win anything. I cannot thank the organisers of sparkle enough for the brilliant event that it was, and I will always remember the amazing summer of 2014 on Canal street and the Sackville Gardens when I finally was able to walk down a street dressed as Jolene. My thanks to everyone involved. |

been to every sparkle event and the last few years its going steadily doing downhill, this is probably worse one , lack of atmosphere in general ,sparkle in the park was like a ten minute walk in the park. the stage lacked the performers of the early years and the main bars was just like a normal Friday night, next year needs a total rethink to get back to the early years

Brilliant evening on the Friday, met up with so many, a lot of which I had chatted with on-line but not met before, great venues and atmosphere, taxis are a god send saves on the feet and being my 3rd Sparkle will definitely go again next year :)

My 1st visit to sparkle was a truly great experience. Great bars, very friendly staff behind the bars and on the doors. My advice for any people nervous about going. Don't be. It's very friendly and everyone is really kind, plus its nice having the doors held open for you :) |

As always it was fabulous to catch up with some long term friends and to make some new ones as well was brilliant. I always love how this event is put together and this year didn't disappoint. xxxx

What a great few days , Sparkle 2014 cannot come soon enough for this girl. The deal arranged by Sparkle at the Days Inn was such great value for money and the atmosphere and professionalism of there staff when dealing with us TGirls was a lovely experience. |
